Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Instantly calming to walk in and lovely and cool from the air conditioning. Great central location

Good location, quiet neighbourhood and clean
Not many electrical sockets for modern day living. A drying towel would have been handy in the kitchen. Very poor lighting on stairwell which with all the steps was quite dangerous.
Wasn't made clear about the key pick up, it just mentioned a reception which we assumed would be within the property but was actually in a different area. I assume this was down to the booking agent.

The location was great and the apartment was very charming.
There was only working AC in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. It was very warm in the other 2 bedrooms and some of us ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room

Apartment felt very historic and local. Despite the older setting, the beds and memory foam pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5.
Location very convenient to the main sites in Verona.
I notice some reviews mention the number of stairs, but I recall it being fairly clear in the listing.
Communication could be better. I received automated messages via Booking.com and the same messages once I contacted the property via WhatsApp. Never received a response about the AC in one room not working, but we did request a fan upon arrival. Of the 3 rooms, 2 had AC. One room's AC was weak and the room without AC would cool down if the door is kept open overnight since an AC unit is in the hallway. All other AC units worked very well. This was very important since it was 32 degrees Celsius everyday during our stay.
