Perfect location

We spent a week in this spacious apartment. It is situated in a quiet location overlooking the old town, walkable to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. Licia was very accommodating as our arrival time was delayed. We messaged and received a prompt response that it wasn’t an issue. Licia greeted us on arrival and provided recommendations of where to eat and what to see.

A nice stay, lovely property

It was super spacious and very clean. A lot of great amenities, I was even able to wash some clothes which was nice. Location was great in terms of being near sightseeing areas, albeit a bit far from the train station, so needed to get a bus to get to the property. The host was helpful in figuring out which bus to take to and from the station.

Early check-in wasn't allowed and the host wasn't willing to do so, nor was there luggage storage available on site, but there was luggage storage available at a location nearby so I did that instead.

For us in the end, the location near to the San Pietra bridge worked well. Apartment very good.

We were there for 4 nights for the Verona opera which also coincided with the heat wave and although we thought the property was more into the centre, the fact that it was outside the city walls and across the river worked well. On the upper floor so good views of river and city. Near to the San Pietra bridge for access into the old city. Close to the 'hop on/hop off' bus stop and the funiclular which takes you up for great views of the city and the sunset, also lovely restaurant and bar next level down that you can walk down to from the top. Lift access straight into the apartment was good. We didn't use the cooking facilities/dishwasher as ate out but everything you could want and looked sparkling clean.

Sadly, the air conditioning wasn't working brilliantly when we were there. It is worked remotely and the Licia dud come and they did get it looked at. It improved but wasn't as cool as we would have liked given the general heat. The location map which the site defaults to does not show the location of the apartment it would seem but indicates Verona Journeys head office which is why we thought we were more into the centre. I am sure that further investigation on the site would have found the location for us had we realised this. but it was misleading. However, another young couple checked in for the ground floor apartment at the same time as us and they unhappy because they too thought, from looking at the location map on the site, they would be more into the centre.

Excelent Apartment. Privacy needs to be revised.

The apartment is excellent, spacious, with a separate bathroom and two toilets. It has everything inside except a washer/dryer. The elevator takes you directly to the property. It's very well located and close to the QB ice cream shop (very good). Licia, the manager, was very helpful and attentive.

We were apprehensive because the property manager let us in, and the door wasn't locked one day when we were visiting another city. Initially, the bathroom had a bad odor, but it disappeared. We found dirty kitchenware stored away. We really did not appreciate somebody entering the apartment without our permission.

Excellent choice for Verona! Close to everything!

Location (a walking distance from the river and the best city spots); the elevator reaching inside the room, 2 bathrooms and a separate shower, many places to park the car in front of the apartment. Nice property managers.

It would be good to have more hangers across the apartment and bathrooms to hang towels.

Great stay - felt like home

Lovely recommendations from host, friendly young guy came to check us in at the door, was very flexible regarding checkin time, A very quick walk from the north gate into town with lots of affordable restaurants and a supermarket for bread/ hams/ cheeses and hair products. A fantastic stay - will definitely be back

Modern decorated and clean place. Great location for family with playground just around the corner and by the bridge. The hostess was also very helpful and ready to give us advice at any topic we asked.

There was a coffee machine but unfortunately in the apartment we couldn’t find a coffee or tea. It was annoying as we discovered it on the morning. Don’t get me wrong - the place is amazing! And worth to stay in. But it was one little detail that was missing. Also once you are there you need to pay 200€ deposit. It was the very first time I had to pay the deposit. Once you check out you need to wait about the week for the pre authorization cancellation.

Good location, but only window/outside space in the courtyard, if there are guests staying above then their balcony

Nicely decorated. Very good position on the river - short walk into Center. We managed to park on the road opposite and parking app was fairly easy to work!

Very bad smell in the outside courtyard (stale water in the drains) made siting outside very unpleasant! Air con not easy to use and controlled by owner off site so room very hot!

overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thumbs up for Licia, the host, who is very patient, helpful and responsive.

It’s not as sound-proofing. You can hear people talk from upstairs and in the hallway. A couple arrived in the building at midnight, the sound of them settling in was unblock-able. however, this is an extreme case and the noise is bearable.

Good place to stay but too distant for me

it’s new, clean and comfortable.

when I rented it showed that the property was close to the Arena but later I received an message which I did not pay attention to it that the location was much further on the other side of the river because the host have manny properties and only one could be shown in booking.com account. it was my fault not to follow up with the message but it never happened to me before and it was frustrating to have to walk the distance everyday.

Passable

- localization is very good, you can walk to the city center. Also there is a free parking few minutes walking from the apartment. - nice patio - there is iron and pillows in case you go for a concert in the Arena

- we had an apartment on the ground floor and the small of damp was very strong - ventilation was poor and air conditioning was very noisy even in a night mode you could hear the noise - localization shown in booking is not correct, they have few apartments in the city but only one is shown in the map, it’s very confusing as you need to check the exact location on google maps.

Pleasant

The apartment is nicely located and good looking

The check-in was not a pleasant experience. We were asked for a pet fee, but the booking said it‘s free. The check in took almost an hour to resolve the issue. Booking.com confirmed to me that we are right. Also we had to made a 200€ deposit at check in. It was done over the phone by giving credit card number and expiry date. This did not feel secure.

It couldn't be better, from communication with the host to the apartment and location it was perfect, the room you see in the pictures is the room you're getting, full equipped apartment and spotless clean, you can use the washing machine and everything. Less than 5min walk and you're in old town Totally recommended and without a single doubt will stay there on my future trips to Verona.
