Space, Location (5-10 minutes to old town, restaurants and bars by 👣). We parked the car in the parking garage nearby (10 minutes walk).
Good bed.
We have to take care of the garbage. It’s very unusual. It’s our first experience to stay in an apartment where we have to bring the garbage to the container outside. I would recommend the owner to organize something else that the guest dont have to worry about the garbage anymore.

Nicely decorated. Very good position on the river - short walk into Center. We managed to park on the road opposite and parking app was fairly easy to work!
Very bad smell in the outside courtyard (stale water in the drains) made siting outside very unpleasant! Air con not easy to use and controlled by owner off site so room very hot!
