We were thrilled with the apartment. It was plenty spacious for the two of us to home-base in the Citta Antica neighborhood of Verona for a week, and it was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We were impressed by the state of maintenance and the level of cleanliness of the apartment, and pleasantly surprised to learn that a mid-week cleaning was included in our rate. The location was terrific, on a quiet street a few minutes’ walk from all key Verona sites and providing a convenient on-ramp to the passeggiata. Silvia, our host, provided us the highest levels of service and care prior to, during and following our stay. The property and its management exceeded our expectations, and were a big part of our fantastic week in Verona.

Location & size

The location & the space of the studio is great. It has everything you need & having a washing machine when travelling for months is an added bonus. We enjoy our time here when in Verona.

It was our 2nd time staying for 4 nights & last time (2yrs ago) during our 4 night stay our room was serviced once in the middle of our stay but this sadly wasn’t offered this time.

Perfect base for exploring Verona

We liked everything, the communication and overall care was exceptional! The place has an amazing atmosphere with high design of the rooms and has a perfect location in the inner city when you are meters away from all the tourist highlights, yet still feel more like living among the locals and meet nonas in the morning

Honestly, probably not the properties fault entirely but we got spammed by booking.com messages allegedly from the property that were a scam which was very uncomfortable

Wonderful stay made exceptional by the concierge

Charming beautiful room in a villa in the centre of the old town. Easy access to all the main attractions of the city. What made this stay beyond exceptional however was the concierge Mattea, for whom nothing was too much trouble. As a result, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and a big thank you to her for being so helpful.

Bed was a little hard for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference.

Great sanctuary in the middle of Verona.

Very accommodating staff who provided all sorts of tips and suggestions. Matteo even assisted with some washing! Apartment well equipped with all the necessities, including eating in with supplies from a nearby supermarket.

We absolutely loved our stay! The studio apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower was a major plus. The building felt very secure, and the location was perfect - safe and convenient to everything we wanted to see. The staff provided exceptional service. They were friendly and readily accommodated our minor requests. The instructions they provided were clear and comprehensive, and they even included a map of the city with highlighted points of interest. The powerful A/C kept us cool, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for getting a good rest.

Very nice apartment near the city centre. But some requirements for guests a little bit weird

Nice and cozy apartment near the centre of the city. Rather clean and comfortable. Very pleasant location and friendly staff. We were arriving late and the staff kindly provided an instructions for self check-in, it was very convenient

They ask guests to throw the rubbish from the apartment into the bins in the street before departure. And to clean the kitchen area - to do the dishes and so on. Otherwise they will take an extra fee of £50. It’s ok, but in such case I expect an extremely clean apartment. I mean if you want your guests to do some extra things, like extra cleaning, you have to provide 100% clean apartment. But it’s not. It’s clean enough, but normally clean, nothing special. There was some rust in the bathroom, some stains in the walls, dust and dirt in the baseboards. So why do we have to do extra things in case we don’t have an extra clean apartment? Also you have to keep in mind that the door on the 0 floor is opening automatically. And you can’t stand or put some bags near its sensors, otherwise the door will not open. It would be nice to write some information about it somewhere on the walls in case your guests got stuck on the 0 floor at night. Also it would be nice to provide some instructions how to sort the rubbish in case you ask your guests to do so.

AMAZING

This place was simply amazing. In all my years of traveling I have never had a better host than Silvi. She was so helpful and nice, Genuinely cared about my family and went out of her way to help organize multiple private cars for us. The apartment is in a great location with beautiful bars and restaurants around it. Apartment was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, made us feel at home. My two boys were also so happy being able to pat the very cute lucky every day.

Well situated property in beautiful area of Verona. Walkable to all important historic sights. Apartment was clean well appointed and perfect for travelling with family of four. Had elevator which helped us as were were travelling with an older adult. Beds extremely comfortable. Apartment was very modern but kept the old world charm. Property has dinning suggestions that are spot on and close! Arrived in car and was assisted to parking garage after dropping luggage at property. Hosts friendly and very accommodating.

Memorable family holiday in Verona

Location in the old town of Verona. The decor and style of the residence and room beautiful, e.g. retro Smeg appliances.The kitchen fully equipped with e.g. espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Friendly staff, e.g. room was ready upon arrival since was asked by the manager to inform her the estimated arrival time beforehand.

Sofa bed for kids took a lot of space from living room/open kitchen. Shower leaked water underneath the shower door, so floor dryer would have been useful.

Well located stay in Verona.

Kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own breakfasts. Room was large and well appointed. Hostess was obliging, taking us to our car park on arrival and departure.

The fold-down bed was too firm, we expected a comfortable mattress and base.
