Fantastic location. Needs a bit more thought and care though.

The location is amazing. The apartment is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean.

Only hand soap in one out of three bathrooms. Shower in master needs some help. Check in was not well organised and we waited on the street for about 25 minutes in December.

The location was amazing. The support staff were absolutely brilliant in that the communication prior to visit and during visit was so good and quick and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. Fab clothes steamer. Huge and spacious living area. 2 cute Juliet balconies.

The third bedroom, twin room, was so small and didn't have a mirror or much storage space.

Great location; spacious living space; plenty of bathrooms.

It needs some more attention to maintenance. The aircon was noisy, the kitchen appliances are a bit dated and the kitchen is missing a few useful items.

Served as a clean place to sleep but nothing noteworthy

The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is spacious.

Booking was hacked so we were constantly receiving spam messages with no personal apology or response. We were unsure if we would even have a place to go to. The WiFi worked mostly in the living room. Furniture and cabinetry was shabby. A maintenance person was in the apt one afternoon without our knowledge and we walked in with a stranger inside the apt. Again, I had to call and find out who he was and why he was there. Bad communication.

Central location, large apartment. Good seating area in the living room. Great concierge parking service.

Limited electrical service meant you could not use AC with hairdryers. Only 1 bedroom had AC. Very few plugs worked. In one room exposed wires in the outlet.

Overall good value for money.

Location was great. And one of the few places we could find as apt with 3 bedrooms.

Rather old furniture; no AC in 2 bedrooms, noisy bathrooms with bad sounds when using the toilet. Fridge not working properly, 2 bedrooms without drawers only some place to hang the clothes but now hangers provided initially.

Wspaniała lokalizacja . Duży piękny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne

Niestety w salonie jedno z łóżek nie nadawało się do spania gdyż było z nim coś nie tak spały na nim dwie osoby przychylało się do przodu i skrzypiało podczas przewracania się na drugi bok. W trakcie nocy miałyśmy nawet pomysł aby położyć się na podłodze pewnie byłoby nam wygodniej. Personel zapomiał przygotować dla 8 osób ręczników i pościeli o co kilkakrotnie prosiliśmy i balismysie że tego nie otrzymamy przed nocą przez co zmuszone byłyśmy wrócić do hotelu w trakcie zwiedzania aby to załatwić . Poza tymi niedogodnościami wszystko inne było perfekcyjne

L' appartamento situato a pochi metri dalla casa di Giulietta e' estremamente spazioso ed elegante. Ha tutti i confort necessari e curato con cura in ogni dettaglio. La pulizia impeccabile. Davvero una struttura bellissima e molto confortevole.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte...sarebbe bello un soggiorno più lungo.

Sehr groß, tolle Lage aber auch Mängel

Die Lage ist sensationell! Mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Der Wohnraum ist sehr großzügig und Gott sei Dank mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, da es über 30° war. Ein Schlafzimmer hat auch Klimaanlage und ist einigermaßen in der Größe. Das Personal ist telefonisch gut erreichbar und reagiert sehr schnell.

De beiden anderen sind sehr klein und haben nur einen Ventilator unter der Decke. Die Bäder sind alle renovierungsbedürftig. Nur in einem Bad gibt es eine Dusche, die einigermaßen akzeptabel ist. Dieses Bad ist zwar relativ groß, die Duschkabine sehr eng, selbst für sehr schlanke Menschen. Ein Bad hat eine Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung und das beste Zimmer hat eine katastrophale Duschvorrichtung, die längst ausgetauscht werden müsste. In keinem Bad gibt es Haken oder ähnliches um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Heizkörper sind total rostig was gar nicht geht. Fazit: Alle Bäder müssen dringend erneuert werden!

Η διαμονή σε γενικές γραμμές θεωρείται άριστη, ίσως λιγο πιο οικονομικο, στην σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής.

Ειναι κεντρική τοποθεσία, ευκολα προσβάσιμο κατάλυμα, απλα δεν εχει παρκινγκ κοντα, θα πρεπει να περπατησεις 800 μετρα από το κοντινότερο παρκινγκ (ιδωτικο συνηθως). Ησυχη γειτονια επίσης παροτι στο κεντρο της πολης, διότι δεν επιτρέπονται τα αυτοκίνητα.

Δεν μπορω να βρω κάτι αρνητικό, καθώς το κατάλυμα προσφερε όλες τις ανεσεις που περιέγραφε και ζητούσα ως επισκέπτης. Ισως θα μπορούσε να έχει μερικες μερίδες καφε παραπάνω σε περίπτωση που δεν καταφέρναμε να φτιαξουμε μία (προσφερει εσπρεσσο με αμπουλες).
