Great appartement in best location

Lcation was amazing, the appartment was very correct and clean.

The shower is very cool, but too much water comes out and there was no mop to clean it up.

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely negligent staff who do not care about their customers.

Proximity to city center

Our bathroom sink kept clogging and the hot water ran out after night one. We were forced to shower in FREEZING water. I messaged the property manager who responded once saying they’d send someone out to fix it, but no one ever stopped by and when we followed up they ignored us for the remainder of our stay. There was also construction going on above us that would wake us up very early in the morning and it was ungodly loud.

Wonderfully spacious and well equipped apartment, in an amazing central location. Stefania was a wonderful host with fast responses and was hugely accommodating when we arrived early with our luggage. I couldn’t recommend more to anyone visiting Verona :)

The bed was a bit firm for our liking. Also our apartment overlooked a busy-ish road, with regular passing traffic and pedestrians - whilst this was not an issue for us, it probably wouldn’t be ideal if you were expecting a peaceful / quiet nights sleep.

Amazing place and Fantastic staff

The location was central to the sites. We were only 10 mins from the train station allowing us to visit Venice other places with ease. It’s not too far to carry your suitcases if you’re travelling via public transport. The property had all the amenities you could want and more. It was extremely clean, modern and had lovely decor.

The lift needs servicing.

No iron & no parking as stated, wet toilet, insincere customer service

There was no iron as stated and when I asked for it, they told me they will send it the next day at 11am and it didn't happen. When I texted them, they told me to collect it the following morning! When we booked, we saw we could reserve parking. After booking, we were informed we had to scan a quote upon check-in! So, we're we expected to leave the car in the main street while we check in? And the QR code didn't even work! The bathroom floor was very wet after each shower as there was no curb and the water flowed to the area of the sink and toilet.

Lovely decor and well positioned close to the river, castle and short walk to the arena

Great apartment, great location, but noisy!

Lovely apartments, great location. On one of the main routes into Verona. Bus stop across the road, with regular buses to the station. Great little supermarket just a few shops up. However, it’s a noisy road, so if you are at the front you will hear traffic, as the road is brick. Nothing the owners can do about that. There are also bins under the windows, so you hear lots of bottles going in! Just a few things would make the place even better. The skirting boards in the bathroom are very dirty. Everywhere else was so clean, but these aren’t being cleaned regularly. We were there for a week, and we couldn’t see a sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner, we would have benefited from having one or someone coming in for a quick sweep. Oh and the code had been changed in the key box, so we had too phone for the new one, we weren’t the only people to have been given an old code

Great location , great space , big living area , comfortable bed , great bathroom , shower room could do with a mat - gets very slippy - risk of falls plus sink plug in bathroom faulty , but again a great place to stay .

Check-in/Out Process is a Mess

Location

The check-in was a nightmare. They made me put everyone's IDs on some obscure website I didn't know and my card and for the city tax. Then at checkout, they asked for cash for it anyway. It felt wrong, and I had to contact the booking site to help figure out what was going on.

Verona is a beautiful town. We plan to go back next year to go to see an opera at the arenas.

Very cute apartment. Very well situated !! It was nice to be able to go back to the apartment for a little rest in between visits to the many attractions in Verona.

A kettle would have been nice. I drink a lot of tea !!

A great apartment in a great part of Verona. And next door to a great restaurant not too miss. The main bed was excellent in a great sized room. the double Sofa bed was good as well Communication with the owners was great too highly recommended

Perfect

Great room, clean and easy to use. It was well cleaned. The kitchen is also easy to use. The air conditioner is new and we can adjust it ourselves. Towels and sheets were all perfect. The location is also very convenient, less than a 5 minute walk to the Arena. You can also get to downtown and the square in about 10 minutes! I was worried that the ground floor of the apartment was a little dark, but there is a switch on the right as you enter so you can brighten it up!

Great place but 3 locks to get into apartment

The apartment was great. The location was great. No complaints about the actual apartment.

Accessing the apartment was ridiculous. The code for the building door worked fine. The code to get into the hall didn't work so well, along with convoluted instructions. We came back from the Opera at around 11 pm and we couldn't unlock the hallway door. We called and no one answered. After the 30th time of trying, it worked. Then there is ANOTHER lock to get into the apartment that we struggled with. Honestly, I don't know why so many locks. I wouldn't rent it again for that reason.

Great few days in Verona apartments

Apartment all very clean and provides everything you need. Location is great, apartment easy to find.

The apartment is accessed by a remote button, this is supposed to beep twice and then you can unlock the door. However we had trouble with this, the door would occasionally not unlock. That said we contacted Verona apartments and within 15 minutes they’d come out to sort the issue

Fantastic list cation and very comfortable apartment.

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk to Piazza Bra or Castelveccio and a few doors to a small supermarket. The apartment was large and very clean and comfortable.

Only one PowerPoint in the kitchen so having to change plugs from microwave to coffee machine was annoying, but a very minor annoyance.

Just Perfect

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a perfect location. 20min walk from the train station and on the doorstep of all the sites in the old town. Stefania was fantastic with communication both before and during our stay. Could not fault this place at all. Looking to return later in the year. Could not recommend this place enough, the photos don't do it justice.
