Nicely furnished and comfy beds in an excellent location
We missed having a toaster and the hot water failed in the last 24 hours so we had to have a day of cold showers. The host was very prompt in responding to being told that the water was not hot but the fault was not rectified while we were there - but it was the weekend

Excellent location in the city centre, just a two minute walk from the Verona Arena for the opera. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was exceptional during the heatwave, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the washing machine was a great addition. Lift access also made it easy to bring our luggage upstairs.
The only minor issue was that the entrance door had to be unlocked online. Mobile reception in the alley outside the building was poor, so accessing the property could be a little awkward.

Very central, near to everything we walked everywhere and there was a taxi stand very near to make our way to and from the train station with luggage. Perfect apartment for 4 people. Had an everything we needed.
