Great location, nice and modern Some of the staff were very helpful and nice
Some of the staff lacked interest in helping Could benefit from having a vending machine etc for supplies in the evening Roman design on walls a bit tacky Quite a few disabled people outside

Some of the furniture was not really too my taste- bathroom was a tight squeeze given size of the apartment.

The location is superb. Nicely in the centre but not on the main bar square of Piazza d'erbe . The facilities were great . All needs were catered for with a good attention to detail . The kitchen area was small but had a fridge, microwave and hot plate. The air conditioning was a must in the hot weather
