The location was excellent. The apartments were spacious and clean. The communications from the office were excellent and very professional. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception.
The description of the various beds was not accurate. Not all the “single” beds were full size single beds and not all of them were made up with bed linen when we arrived. We were told that we should have asked for all the beds to be made up. I disagree, all the beds should have been as advertised and made up. More information on what to do with rubbish etc would have been helpful.

The location was fantastic!
The directions for the air conditioning should be explained when the keys were handed over.

The best thing about this property is the fantastic location.
The floors were dirty. The pillows needed replaced. We received a message asking if we had removed the main door handle when it was pointed out that it was absent on our arrival. We requested the kitchen light be fixed on our arrival and were told that it would be fixed the following morning. This never happened during our stay despite me sending a message asking for an update. I got no reply. This meant our party of 5 could not cook or eat together in the kitchen as it was in darkness.
