In the heart of the city. Clean, spacious, various options with a room for one or a whole flat for groups. Breakfast Bar right beside the building‘s entrance. Overall: Didn‘t expect it that cool and left behind amazed. Davide is also a very polite and informative host. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!:)

Fabulous apartment in great location

Fabulous location, just round the corner from the arena but lovely and quiet. Davide was superb from start to finish, you couldn’t want for a better host. The property has clearly been recently renovated and is spotless throughout.

Location was excellent in the historical part of Verona. It was easy to find and within a short distance from the Arena of Verona. Price comparison was reasonable. Davide was reachabke at all times. He was respectful, efficient, answered all questions in a flash! We never felt at a loss for anything. All directions, explanations, check in and out was done in a very easy manner. Duper organized! I would recommend this place highly.

My stay was quick, easy, and fun!

I booked this room last minute and it' quality exceeded my expectations! Not only was the room very clean, modern, and centrally located but the owner of this place was truly a pleasure to meet. I really liked how close this place was to the arena and good restaurants within the city of Verona. Additionally, I liked how safe this place was.

Honestly, I have no complaints about arena rooms. Like I said before, this was a last minute booking so it definitely exceeded my expectation for how delayed I was with planning. He provided fresh towels, extra outlets, a kitchen, and a good shower for the price I paid.

Ottima posizione, stanza accogliente e calda, proprietario disponibile per qualsisasi cosa.

Non era ben segnalato sull'annuncio che il bagno fosse in comune con un'altra stanza, ce ne siamo resi conto dopo aver pagato. L'unico vero difetto è la caldaia elettrica che aveva una quantità di acqua calda limitata ed essendo il bagno in comune ci è capitato che fosse finita.

Surpreendente e encantadora

Davide é perfeito como anfitrião, se antecipa a qualquer duvida que possa aparecer, passa uma confiança incrível, a localização é sensacional perto de tudo, vc entra na rua e já vê ao fundo, um monumento e uma praça, vira e anda 1 quarteirão chega na Arena, continua contornando a Arena chega na Praça Brà. Eu fiquei realmente maravilhada e triste por não ter ficado mais tempo. Check in e check out super práticos. Disponibilidade de deixar as bagagens antes e depois do check in/out. É de fato tudo que esperamos de uma boa hospedagem 🙏🏻

Ідеальне розташування. Ціна/якість оптимальна як для самого центру Верони. Велика парковка в 7 хвилинах хотьби від номеру. Приємні власники, чудова консультація що до поселення та виселення. Після виселення є можливість залишити речі, якщо є протреба. Дякую!

Relaxed verblijf, bar (voor ontbijt) naast en 2 fijne restaurants vlakbij de accomodatie, Arena om de hoek, top locatie!

Goede ligging in het centrum, prettige omgeving. De service van Davide. We kwamen vroeg aan en we konden al eerder in onze kamer. Er was overigens ook de mogelijkheid om alvast je bagage te stallen.
