Apartamento 1, cómodo para 4 personas, tiene todo lo necesario.

Clean, comfortable. Perfect location, just 3 or 4 mins walk from the old town. Air con a blessing (it was summer), as was washing machine & Nespresso machine. Comfy beds. Apartment in safe area, cafes & mini-market shops 1 min away. Public pay-parking was easy to find on the other side of the street. Self check-in seamless. Owner was fantastic, texted a few times while we were there to make sure we were ok and took time out to answer any tourist-type questions we had about day trips or eating out, plus gave us a few great recommendations. We couldn't have been happier & fantastic value.

The sole caveat is that the air con is located in the living room, so you have to leave the bedroom door open between both rooms at night to get its benefit. (The living room is where the sofa bed is). Tbh, it made no difference to us, but, depending on the arrangement, it might be worth knowing if you have more than 2 guests.
