Palazzo Lugo - Domus Verona

Located in a palazzo in the very center of Verona (pedestrian area), very quiet. Room is pretty good equipped, host is reachable over phone for assistance.

There is no one in the hotel permanently, reception is in a different location 20 mins walk. Not all the rooms are of the same comfort - ours was not as cozy as others we’ve seen. Also, check-out at 10.00 am is realty too early (though it’s quite often now).

A lovely property., modern and updated and lots of natural light on the main floor. Minutes away from the center, market, and Juliet house. It was in a quit street and just around the corner from the bridges! The host met us upon arrival with the keys and explained all the emenities. It was perfect for my family!

I had wanted to use the washer and dryer, however, the instructions were not accurate to the machines that are actually in the bathroom. The dryer didn't work, so ended up not being able to use it.

La ubicación en pleno centro histórico muy cerca de todos los principales lugares para visitar y el edificio antiguo y bien restaurado. Compagina comodidades con elementos históricos con elegancia.

Uno de las habitaciones carecía de una ducha en condiciones de uso cómodo y la habitación del sótano, debía utilizar el baño del primer piso. Por el resto de servicios, muy cómodo y completo.

Well located

The light switches were not working properly. It took us half an hour just to turn off a bedroom light so we could go to sleep. The bathroom sink was poorly designed and splashed water all over us every time we brushed our teeth. The basement room had a strong moldy smell. The bathroom in the ground-floor bedroom had the shower placed in the middle of the space, without a proper shower cabin, making it impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Additionally, the person who came for the check-in tried to charge us a late check-in fee after 23:00, even though we arrived at the house five minutes before 23:00.
