Enchanting Verona

We loved it. It was cool and airy, with air con. The main bedroom was excellent, with lots of storage and a en-suite. It was on the top floor but that shouldn’t matter. If you are coming to Verona, you are going to walk anyway. A bus stop a couple of minutes away will take you to the rail & bus station (download the app). It’s situated across the river but on the right side for a stroll to the Castel San Pietro to see the sunset. It’s a short walk across the bridge into the town or a 5 minute walk across the Ponte Pietra.

Bell'appartamento in ottima posizione.Ampio soggiorno con divani in pelle reclinabili elettricamente. Zona letto padronale molto ampia ed elegante. Zona cucina con enorme frigo, armadio freezer, zona a temperatura controllata per i vini, lavastoviglie.

Terzo piano senza ascensore, seppur segnalato, e' comunque problematico per molti. Ma il problema piu' grande e' che, mentre le prime due persone soggiornano in una sontuosa area letto padronale, le altre due camere nel soppalco sono piccole, mansardate e nel piccolo bagno e' facilissimo battere la testa contro le basse travi del soffitto come e' accaduto a me. Dove si trova un quasi inutile divano con zona TV , sito nella parte piu' alta del soppalco si poteva invece realizzare un bel bagno e ampliare cosi' anche una delle due camere da letto.

Be prepared for the 3 stories to climb, no lift, a few issues with beds and AC but host fixed this as quick as she could.

Een heel ruim opgezet appartement, heel rustig. Water en koffie waren al klaargezet. Contact met de host was makkelijk. Centrum op loopafstand

De hoeveelheid servies klopte niet met elkaar: veel borden, maar weinig mokken. Eén dag was er geen warm water, maar misschien was dat iets van het gebouw.
