Piazza Erbe Luxury Apartment

The location was excellent, right next to Piazza delle Erbe, and the accommodation itself was very spacious. Any issues that arose were handled very quickly by the host. When we arrived, the property hadn’t been cleaned and the previous guests’ towels and bedding were still there. This wasn’t a major problem at the time, as we were only dropping off our luggage. However, we believe the cleaner may have arrived while we were there, noticed the key wasn’t in the lockbox (as we were using it to quickly store our luggage), and assumed the property was still occupied, so left without cleaning. As a result, when we returned a few hours later, the apartment was still in the same condition. That said, the host resolved the situation promptly, so we wouldn’t consider this a negative overall.

Better air conditioning would have been ideal, but with the temperatures being as high as they were, there’s only so much that can be done. I’d just suggest being mindful when booking during hotter seasons if you’re looking for a cooler apartment.

La posizione della struttura è il suo punto di forza: si trova proprio nel centro di Verona a due passi da Piazza delle Erbe. L’appartamento è spazioso e sicuramente con molto potenziale.

Nonostante la potenzialità della struttura, l’appartamento necessita di un po’ di manutenzione, sopratutto all’impianto della luce (prese rotte, fili in giro) e qualche mobile/armadio con ante traballanti. A una persiana mancava il gancio per chiudere. Sono piccolezze certo ma non parlerei di “luxury” ecco.

La posizione e il soggiorno.

Phoon mai aggiustato nonostante ci fossero già recensioni negative. Le ante dei mobili che si staccavano letteralmente e cadevano. Polvere e ragnatele ovunque. Luce nelle scale mancante, bisognava accendere la torcia del telefono. Luce mancante in una camera. Nell’altra camera prese nel muro mancanti quindi impossibile accendere la abajour. Coperte vecchie e datate. Il letto matrimoniale sono 2 letti singoli e non uniti bene, quindi durante la notte si muoveva tutto.
