Sehr gute Lage am Piazza Erbe. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr großer Ess-Wohnraum. Moderne schöne Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank-Gefrierkombination und Backofen. Klimaanlage im Ess-Wohnraum, ansonsten Stehventilatoren für die anderen Räume, so dass man trotz heißem Wetter drinnen gut schlafen konnte. Ruhig

Im dritten, kleineren Zimmer befanden sich Staubsauger und Putzmittel, so dass es nicht sehr wohnlich wirkte und nach Putzmitteln roch. Wir haben daher statt dessen das Schlafsofa im großen Woh-Essraum zum Schlafen genutzt. Die Wohnung wirkte ein bisschen abgewohnt, mit weiß gestrichenen Möbeln. War für uns aber kein Problem, für den sehr guten Preis.

The location was excellent, right next to Piazza delle Erbe, and the accommodation itself was very spacious. Any issues that arose were handled very quickly by the host. When we arrived, the property hadn’t been cleaned and the previous guests’ towels and bedding were still there. This wasn’t a major problem at the time, as we were only dropping off our luggage. However, we believe the cleaner may have arrived while we were there, noticed the key wasn’t in the lockbox (as we were using it to quickly store our luggage), and assumed the property was still occupied, so left without cleaning. As a result, when we returned a few hours later, the apartment was still in the same condition. That said, the host resolved the situation promptly, so we wouldn’t consider this a negative overall.

Better air conditioning would have been ideal, but with the temperatures being as high as they were, there’s only so much that can be done. I’d just suggest being mindful when booking during hotter seasons if you’re looking for a cooler apartment.
