It was a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location close to everything but far enough away so it was really quiet. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and were also extremely helpful. Perfect base to see the Opera and also to visit Venice for the day.

Small but lovely apartment perfectly located in Verona’s beautiful old town.

Great location. Very clean & well set up.

Had instructions to tell them I had arrived so they could set up a video call. Found it difficulty to phone so left an email. They were pleased to acknowledge I’d arrived but didn’t mention the video call. No idea what that was about. I’d prefer a later check out time, as they didn’t have a way of storing cases until later.

Instructions on how to find the apartment and collect the keys were excellent. We found a few minor issues with the apartment which were dealt with by Manuele immediately. The apartment was bigger than expected in a great location

Quiet spot away from crowds

Easy to communicate and good directions given. The property was on a nice quiet street but only two streets from the busy ones. Washing machine was not in our apartment but was only shared by other and ready to access.

Very good

The apartment was very nice, quite new and clean; it is located in the historical center of Verona and has an authentic charm, but at the same time it is situated in a quiet street. Everything is maximum at a 10-15 minutes distance by foot- historical sites, attractions, cafes and restaurnts. The apartment was well equipped, too. I appreciated that there was an iron. We cooked our meals ourselves several times; there was everything that we needed for it. There was also a small patio on the ground floor, which we've used several times for lunch and coffee. The apartment is situated on the second or the 1st after the ground floor.

The kitchen ventilation had switched on, but wasn't really working for some reason. If you wish to cook something (even if you quickly sauté a piece of chicken breast) this needs to be considered, because it seemed that the smell staid in the room for hours whatever we tried (we couldn't open the second window in the living room). We had to prepare food 2 times because most of the restaurants are closing at 3 pm and stop taking orders even earlier, and re-open at 18.30-19.00 We also do not eat carbs like pizza or sandwiches. Also, according to my daughter the coach in the living room wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. There were a lot of mosquitos in Verona those days, so it would be great if there was something against them in the apartment.

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean, comfortable and warm (we visited in spring). Owners were super helpful and easy to contact. Property was in a quiet area but minutes from the centre. Train station is 30 mins walk away, but there is lots to see on the way there

Great location in the old town: just minutes from the arena and other points of interest. Surprisingly quiet apartment. Very comfortable bed and the apartment itself was stylishly decorated and furnished throughout.

Front door could be tricky to open. We didn’t come across the washing machine and small courtyard until the second day - would suggest including this info in the information pack.

Fantastic weekend break

Good communication from the moment of booking. The directions to the apartment and key collection were very clear and easy to follow. It was in a great location, just minutes from the main square, restaurants, shops and sights. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. It was very nice to have heating as it was a bit chilly in the evenings and it made the apartment feel cosy and welcoming. It was a bit noisy as you would expect in any city centre, but bring earplugs and you'll sleep well.

Location! Separate bedroom! Great view from the bedroom! Were lucky to get early check in! Kitchen is well equipped and air-condition works perfect. All furniture is very new feels like assembled yesterday.)

Dust or even stones on some shelves and on the floor, towels. Looked like room was cleaned long time ago and since then became dirty.... Missed balcony. A bit hard for parking around.

La posizione strategica.

Il bagno troppo piccolo. La difficoltà a lavarsi il viso perché il rubinetto troppo lungo rispetto al lavabo. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che nella descrizione della struttura è indicato "animali ammessi" ma all'atto della comunicazione alla struttura della presenza di un barboncino nano ci è stato indicato che non potevamo lasciarlo da solo in casa. Purtroppo ci sono siti che non consentono l accesso ad animali domestici ed era inevitabile lasciarlo per qualche ora a casa. Pertanto, nonostante avessi pagato l'extra per consentire al nostro barboncino di viaggiare sui mezzi di trasporto, certi che gli animali in struttura fossero ammessi, ci siamo visti costretti in qualche modo a non poterlo portare con noi. Nel palazzo erano comunque presenti animali domestici che abbiamo avuto modo di sentire.

Excelente ubicación

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la excelente ubicación, en una zona muy bonita, tranquila y a la vez muy cercana a todo. El apartamento es acogedor, cómodo y está bien decorado. Quizá lo esperaba algo más grande, pero ha sido suficiente y hemos estado muy bien.

El ruido de la nevera. Te acabas acostumbrando pero al principio choca un poco.

Wunderschönes kleines Apartment in großartiger zentraler Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert durch einen Schlüsselkasten an der Tür. Den Code und die Wegbeschreibung haben wir kurz vor unserer Anreise per E-Mail bekommen und es alles super und problemlos geklappt. Als wir dann in das Apartment kamen, waren wir total begeistert. Es ist ein wirklich hübsches, neu ausgestattetes kleines Apartment. Es liegt super zentral in der Altstadt, man hat gleich um die Ecke tolle Restaurants und Bars und trotzdem ist es total ruhig und friedlich, da es in einer kleiner Seitenstraße liegt. Wir haben sogar bei offenen Fenstern geschlafen und alles was man hört sind morgens die Vögel. Man kann gar nicht glauben das man direkt in der Altstadt von Verona ist. Unser Highlight war allerdings der kleine Innenhof, den man mit benutzen kann. Man hat zwar keinen direkten Zugang vom Apartment, aber muss nur eine Treppe runter gehen und kommt direkt in diesen zauberhaften kleinen Innenhof in dem es auch Tische und Stühle gibt. Wir haben dort am Morgen unseren ersten Kaffee getrunken und am Nachmittag auch mal kurz die Ruhe genossen und uns erholt von dem ganzen Sightseeing. Wenn man geht muss man nur den Schlüssel auf dem Tisch liegen lassen und zieht die Tür zu. Somit war auch das alles sehr unkompliziert. Bei unserem nächsten Verona-Aufenthalt werden wir auf alle Fälle wieder dieses Apartment buchen. Für uns war alles perfekt!!!
