Nice location, very spacious and light room.

Although you hear nothing from the streets, unfortunately the boiler was very noisy at night to that point that it woke us up every night. Also the bathroom was a bit smelly.

Great location, clean and mostly adequate but that’s about all

Perfect Aircon. Perfect location hard to think it could be better. Highly secure attic room. Very quiet with comfortable beds. New bathroom with very good shower, soft water.

65 Irregular twisting steps to get into the room from the street. No view from windows, a completely useless welcome folder with excuses for not leaving a bottle of water or other consumables and asking for tax and late book in charges of 30€ when the host couldn’t even be there anyway and the tax should be included in the price. The stairs are difficult and slippery with heavy luggage after travelling 12 hours in rain and heat for over 70 year olds. The small table is not sufficient table space even for two people.

A great place to stay in a fantastic location.

Fantastic location and just the space we needed. Felt very secure as well.

We felt the kitchen was a little disappointing and the lack of cooking basics such as salt and oil was a little underwhelming. Some of the pans were also dirty when I went to use them. The bed being two singles was a little disappointing but not a game-changer.

Nice appartement on a fantastic location.

Fantastic location, in the middle of the old town. 5 minutes away from the arena and squares full of restaurants. Or just wander around and find nice places to drink or to eat. If was 35 degrees and the airco made it very comfortable inside the apartment. There is a little kitchenette so you can cook some food. But who wants to do that with all the good and very affordable restaurants around. The appartement was clean and nicely decorated.

There is no elevator so carrying your luggage to the top floor was a long way up. The view is limited to a lot of roof tops.

Fabulous, would highly recommend it.

Loved that Fabio texted us beforehand and asked us for flight times & to message once we had landed. I would definitely recommend this property. It was excellent for the length of stay!

UK guests, may have a problem having the boiler on show. UK people have a CO phobia and the boiler was also without an alarm. We were not in the apartment during the day & are very heavy sleepers, so the noise wasn’t a big issue, The boiler should be in a cupboard with an alarm. We had the window open at night just to make sure, not sure about Italy’s regulation but it is against the law in the UK. This is more for the hosts own safetguarding!
