Close to the old city which was a delightful experience, easy access to apartment because of excellent communication

The bath / shower in one of the bathrooms and parking was difficult

Very spacious nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to corner shop and bus stop

Air-conditioing unit worked but dripped water, we had to put towels on the floor.

(1)The terrible arrival, As asked, we said what time we would arrive 7-8pm and arrived at the right time. Booking.com had said our host would be there to meet us. Nobody there, no instruction as to how to get in. Fortunately, got into the building when another resident came out as it was incredibly hot and we had been travelling for 12 hours. I phoned the host who said as we hadn't arrived between 3 and 6 pm, they didn't meet guests! and then we suffered a 20 minute discussion to get the keys from a locker behind the lift. the Wrong locker number given initially, then instructions to open the lock box inside the locker which was difficult to open in the first place. Got 3 keys out eventually. Then instructions about which key fitted what. It wasn't a very clear line and we were very tired and heaving luggage around all this time. Eventually got in. (2) No information in the flat about eg transport, restaurants, groceries or facilities. Turned on the A/C ---no A/C in 2nd bedroom and it's 35 degrees or more. Host casually says this is mentioned in the description given by Booking.com. IT IS NOT. I requested a fan as it was impossible to sleep. Host suggested i sleep in the living area!!! Fan arrived the following day which did help a bit. By then we had slipped in water in the doorway from the living room. The A/C unit above dripped water constantly. We laid 2 towels down which had to be wrung out 4 times a day. This was obviously not a recent problem as the architrave above the door had come away (and was hidden in a cupboard we noticed when the cleaner came) having been detached by the water. The host said it was impossible to get anybody round to fix this. instead of a reduction in accommodation fees ----as the apartment was NOT as described and hardly fit for purpose , dangerous to slip in the water which we had to cross all the time as the doorway was central to the accommodation----we were allowed a free late checkout.
