As others have said, Pier was attentive from start to finish and was always on hand to give useful advice. Thank you Pier. Property is well situated and has everything (maybe apart from a safe) for a short trip to Verona.
A safe would have been beneficial to save carrying cash/passports.

A very spacious apartment in the heart of Verona. The host was very friendly and prompt in communication, there were no problems there. We really appreciated the personal restaurant suggestions, helpful also for returning visitors. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything for a good stay. Being so central, restaurants and shops or the Arena are just a few minutes away. There are 2 ACs in the apartament. Parking garages are 10 min away. Would recommend without a doubt!
Not a big deal, but i would suggest to add a soap/ shampoo holder in the shower and a hook for towels in the bathroom.

Amazing location, very clean and Pier was very reactive! It was our first trip with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect.
Nothing - just a note however; the TV is not working in the living room

Location
The beds weren’t comfortable, the heat was controlled by the owner who said there was an app to control it but never got the app, so we were cold especially the kids at night because the heat shut off. The shower took a good 5 minutes for the hot water to heat up, the pillows were very cheap and thin and there was no extra pillows
