The staff were great and offered replenishments of water, tea, coffee etc. The location was only a stones throw from the Duomo so was fantastic. The apartment was also within walking distance to other attractions so fabulous location and highly recommended. We were offered a free clean during our 4 night stay which was greatly appreciated.
We were in Milan during a heat wave and the air conditioning struggled. There is a rule in Italy for public buildings and hotels that the temp can’t be below 25 degrees (2 degree tolerance) and we found this to be the case in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient location in the old town.

Location
The beds weren’t comfortable, the heat was controlled by the owner who said there was an app to control it but never got the app, so we were cold especially the kids at night because the heat shut off. The shower took a good 5 minutes for the hot water to heat up, the pillows were very cheap and thin and there was no extra pillows
