Excellent location very close to the old centre. Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment with all that is needed for a short stay. The instructions by the owner on receiving the keys were quite clear and easy. A close by public garage is available within a short walking distance ( 10 minutes) because it is not possible to park close to the apartment.
Instructions for booking the garage and checking the schedule for access of cars in the old centre should have been provided one step earlier in the registration process order to provide clarity. The AC was functional but not too effective , but probably because it was quite hot in Verona that evening.

We felt very comfortable and would always want to live here when we are in verona. The owner was very friendly and polite. Communication before handing over the keys was uncomplicated and ran smoothly. The apartment is of high quality and well furnished. There was even a bottle of wine on arrival. we felt at home. you don't have to say more :) thank you Claudia for everything! it was nice to meet someone who does something with joy in their hearts
