Great location, especially if you attend attend events at the Arena di Verona
Staff was reluctant to communicate, did not take calls or respond to messages. We were instructed where to take keys, but not shown around apartment, so we had to guess where some amenities are. Info about apartment is misleading as there are no 2 bedrooms, actually there is 1 bedroom and second bed squeezed in a niche.

Location was absolutely perfect.
Could only find one bath size towel but towelling robes were a nice touch.

What is not to like: the location, the view, the level of craftsmanship and design in the apartment ease of entry We will come again.
If there were instructions for the air and washer and drier - I may have overlooked them but would have been quicker - but again, this is very small issue. The property is amazing.
