Nice place, ask for everything before you arrive

Nice place to stay

When we arrived the apartment was so cold, we didn’t know how to turn on the heater and the host didn’t respond. However,the apartment has good heater we figured out how to turn it on. Also no response regarding the WiFi password when we asked

Communication for the key was a little tricky. It should just send the information automatically when you check in. I also feel like they emailed me soooo many times with repeated information before we arrived and then were not available when I had questions about the key and area.

It was right in the centre, very quiet at night. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed.

If I could fault one thing it was just the ironing board, needed to be on higher stand . I have a back issue so had to put the one in apartment on the floor. This hurt my back. Everything else was perfect.

Great location with stunning view

The location is amazing, lots of restaurants around and a grocery store easily within walking distance. The view is stunning, even better than the pictures. It was quite hot when we were there and the ac was very welcome.

It is on 2 levels, so if you forget something you have to go back and forth, mostly a nuisance but was fine with it. Otherwise it is amazing.

Great location but service could be improved

Excellent location. Only 50m to the Opera at the Arena. Very handy to transport options as well.

The door was difficult to open and there is some knack to getting the key out that we didn't understand. We had to ring and message several times to get the WiFi password and alsovhad to ask the cleaner for enough crockery and cutlery for 2. At this price I expected better

Great location perfect spot if you want to visit the Arena

Great location, close to Arena di Verona, very comfortable

Communication with host was a bit slow, we specifically asked about the wifi before we arrived and it was not available for two hours while the technician was trying to fix it remotely. Still, it was patchy. The checkout started 15 minutes prior to the time specified so weren’t too happy. My messages on whatsapp largely went unaswered, so had to call. Otherwise, all ok

Verona family vacation friendly

Location is amazing. Very open and clean large facilities. Kitchen was very clean with all of the amenities needed. We rented two rooms for a family of seven and All was very comfortable and spacious throughout.

The property was easy to find and the location is amazing. Communication with the owner for entry was easier than expected (It is worth advising them in advance of your expected arrival time). The property is really quite quiet considering it is so close to the arena and local bars and restaurants. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for our 3 night trip.

Beautiful apartment but access and communication should be improved

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Well equipped with comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Really great location, very close to the amphitheatre and restaurants. The city centre is easily accessible on foot.

The apartment did not have any signs so it was hard to locate (I asked wait staff working outside). The owners were not communicative enough and did not respond reliably to phone calls, texts and emails. The door lock was tricky to work if you didn’t know how, and on one evening I got stuck outside my apartment for thirty minutes. Instead of coming to help me, I was informed that the member of staff normally on site was not there, so I was given instructions on how to look for a second set of keys and finally sent a video of how to open the lock - clearly I was not the first person to experience this issue so it should have been provided at check in. I was not given instructions on how to check out, even though I enquired. These are issues that could be easily addressed by the owners but caused significant stress for someone travelling solo.

This is an ideal place to stay - especially if you are working or visiting the Arena for the festival.

Location and pristine condition of the apartment was wonderful!

Contacting the proprietor for access to the keys was a bit difficult. Messaging through Booking was not easy, and there was quite a delay between the time we texted and the response time.

If you don't mind the quality of the service - apartment itself is great

Location, apartment was very spacious and clean (nicely renewed), quite, good fit for a family visit of 2 couples.

It was 38 degrees outside when I arrived and air conditioner was not on.After tuning the airco in the living room and bedrooms, temperature eventually didn't get down even in the evening (there was too much of accumulated heat). I mean the host should keep it running for the guests when it is so hot outside (and I'm 6 months pregnant). Also, I was disappointed about welcome itself by the host, I received no information till my arrival on how to get to the apartment, where to get the keys, etc. I had to chase the host myself for this. When arriving there was no paper indicating wifi password (my whatsapp asking the code was answered next day). Won't tell more, just to summarize that service around this beautiful place was bad and definitely not corresponding to the price.

The property location was exactly what I wanted. I knew Verona because had been there on 3 previous visits. The apartment was perfect for the friend I was traveling with.

The extra space and amenities were just what we were looking for. You could not beat the location.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location!

The location of the apartment was excellent, as was the host who although I didn’t meet, was very helpful via WhatsApp messaging and organised a few things for me efficiently. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped.

The shower head didn’t work and the door to close the shower cubicle was faulty but it didn’t impact my stay.

Superb location, just a few minutes from the arena and lovely balcony on our apartment which we were not expecting. The bed is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.

As we had read reviews already regarding the check in process, I was slightly worried about it even before going. We also did not receive any check in information of how to get into the building, and had to call the host. She was responsive via WhatsApp, however all is done through an app - you don't receive a physical key which I found very strange. Would not suit people who are not smartphone savvy! A few things could have functioned better inside the flat also - for example, the shower head is not working properly. We were also given very little toilet paper for our stay. However, we would stay again as everything else was beautiful.

Great location ! Not far from a small supermarket. The appartement was very modern, clean and exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfy and the bedroom on the mezzanine was superb.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not adequate for the space. Would have been nice to have a safe in one the rooms.

Good location, next door to the Verona Arena, Lift access to apartment floor. Good size room, comfortable bed, bathroom ok, close to restaurants and shopping. Fairly quiet considering its location. Would stay there again.

Need to catch a bus or taxi from the train station. Bit of a smell at the downstairs entrance.
