Nice and relaxing

It was really nice. Two bedrooms, wash machine and dryer and full kitchen were available for use. Both Alicia and Ciaran were very helpful with any questions we had.

I didn’t plan accordingly. The location was off the beaten path and a bit further from Galway than I had expected. It was about 45 mins to get into town.

Perfect getaway, has everything you need and more. Extra bonus points for the hospitality and bar.

We loved everything about this stay. It was perfect for my partner and I to spend time with my siblings after coming home for Christmas from Australia. It was also pet friendly which meant we were also able to bring our dogs. The Bar’s right next door and was just fantastic. We were able to play pool until our hearts were content, the host even made us beautiful scones with cheese as well as giving my younger siblings some chocolate bars. Overall we had everything we needed and more, we will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone we know. Just perfect, thank you so so much.

Comfy but rural spot to stay for a few days... plenty of room to spread out and good amenities.

Nice to have room to spread out. Loved having the washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed.

We were a little surprised at sharing a wall with the pub, and having their outdoor area right outside our bedroom windows. Fortunately all was quiet except for Saturday night, not surprising. It was nice to be able to pop over and grab a been or glass of wine, though. We would have liked to be closer to town.

Fantastic House

We loved EVERYTHING from the initial communication from owners, the location was beautiful and very rural. They even have a pizza horse box. The house is fantastic and has everything we needed. We loved it and will definitely stay again. It does feel like the middle of nowhere but a true escape gem. Nice pub next door Lots of car parking Good food shop 2 minutes up road.

TV in the pub was very loud as we wanted to talk but I think the locals were following the sport on TV.

What a fabulous little haven!

The apartment is a little house. Spotlessly clean and everything you need for a self catering stay including toiletries and towels. The sitting room has a fabulous turf burning stove which made it extremely cosy. The pub is attached to the house so you only have to go next door for a drink. There's also a Pizza Truck right outside the bar and that was delicious. Would highly recommend this little haven. Kieran the owner was really nice to deal with. Will definitely be back soon.

The cooker hood didn't work but this is only a minor issue which I sure will be resolved quickly. Everything else was perfect.

Great place to explore Galway and surrounds from.

This was a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the novelty ( for us at least) of the peat fireplace. The washing machine and dryer was great.Had a lovely home feeling.

Wonderful stay!

Very clean with furnishings and a wash machine. Comfortable with everything you would need and the owner was very pleasant and kind. It was so nice after a long day to step next door to his lounge and have a pint to unwind with the locals! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!!

Apartamento grande y aislado y algo alejado de Galway.

Es un apartamento bastante grande y limpio.

La ubicación (no nos dimos cuenta de la alejado que estaba de Galway) y la orientación de los dormitorios al patio interior del bar. Y la sensación de aislamiento al no haber otros apartamentos. También se escuchaba el ruido del bar, aunque no cerró muy tarde.

Parkplatz etwas wild, gerade bei schlechtem Wetter. Ansonsten ist da auch weiter nichts was man mal schnell zu Fuß machen könnte

War nur kurz, hat aber perfekt gepasst.

Schlüsselabholung im Pub nebenan, damit war auch späte Anreise kein Problem. Sehr netter Vermieter, nicht die neueste Ausstattung aber alles sauber. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge zum The Burren oder auch Galway. Und wenn man einen Pub braucht, dann sinds nur wenige Meter Fußweg. An einigen Tagen ist ein Pizzagrill vor dem Pub geöffnet (lecker!).

Logement spacieux mais TRES mal isolé.

Spacieux, bien aménagé et le chauffage fonctionne bien.

Le logement est mitoyen d'un pub (pas indiqué sur le descriptif) et le logement est TRES mal isolé. L'arrière salle du pub donne directement sur les chambres. De plus, route passagère, on attend le bruit des voitures. Le pub et le bruit ont gâché le début de notre séjour. Il y a eu une fête le soir de notre arrivée (samedi) et nous en avons été informés la veille de notre départ ! Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, il faut utiliser la bouilloire ! ni au lavabo de la salle de bain. Difficile de se reposer dans un logement mal isolé à coté d'un pub, dommage car spacieux et bien équipé.
