Typical holiday cottage in the village. Perfectly comfortable, lovely wood burning stove which we used quite a bit. Very nice.
Electricity charges for these cottages are always extra, paid in cash, and very high. €80 for a week?! Is this even legal? We didn’t use the bedroom heaters much, and even turned one of the downstairs storage heaters off because we were using the stove in the lounge.

Delightful cottage in great location.
It’s not usually rented out in winter. The storage heaters meant we had a fairly hefty electricity bill at the end, but they kept the house nice and warm and in other seasons probably wouldn’t need to be on.
