Worst feeling ever

Nothing much and service was worst. Whilst they changed our booking on the last moments. Actually we booked the house no. 28 and then later they gave us house no. 8. Because the previous guest wants to extend the night. However, that’s not fair for us. Which was really unacceptable. Waste money according the property we paid.

We didn’t received the whole appropriate properties.

Bunratty holiday home August trip.

The house was beautiful. It had just been done up beautifully with wonderful muted natural tones. It had a fenced back garden perfect for my family as my some is a flight risk. Lovely kitchen and huge utility. Loved it. Location was ideal. Shop just across the road and bunratty folk park and restaurants on our doorstep. Perfection.

The only thing that really affected the trip was the hospitality from our host or complete lack of. We weren't so much welcomed as provided with warnings and rules. Which must be done of course but a welcome goes a long way. From the moment we parked, we were being corrected and told what rules to follow. Now youd kinda get over that really, however, what took the biscuit was when we had family back for dinner after a lovely day in bunratty and we recieved a visit from the owner stating we are not to have them stay over.shed spotted the car in the estate. It honestly never crossed my mind. We just wanted to have dinner together and couldn't go to a restaurant cos my son is autistic. She stated insurance issues to my brother at the door and left. We though, that's odd but fair enough. Thats that. Let's enjoy our meal. But I received further texts from her. Sending me terms and conditions and warning me not to have my family stay. Again. Never was gonna happen. Wed have just rented a bigger house if we wanted to do that and had done in previous years. On leaving she didn't even come and say goodbye. So sadly, as kindness and hospitality are something i hold dear. i can't recommend this place and we are not going back. Unfortunately. And otherwise I'd have said it was a perfect place. And a perfect week that I'm so grateful for. And my little boy did so well all week I will always cherish those memories.

Spacious, clean, quite and walkable to attractions and resturants.

Our host Caroline stopped by to provide information on the accommodations and the area. The place was clean and spacious. Appreciated the double beds. Location was perfect for walking to sights and food and an easy drive to other towns and airport. Area was quiet.

Beautiful safe accommodation in Bunratty!

Location is excellent! Caroline stopped over shortly after we arrived & she explained the recycling & the heating system. We just would have liked some tea & sugar & paper towels in the kitchen. The property was extremely clean!

Weekend wedding

Great size for our group of six. A lovely long living room and an outdoor small garden. Very clean and bright. Two upstairs bathrooms with showers and a downstairs toilet. Great location within walking distance of Bunratty and Dirty Nellie's.

I really thought the 10am checkout was extremely early. No locks on any of the bathroom doors.

A lovely place to stay and good value for money

It was a very spacious and bright home. Nice location. The private garden and table was also a bonus.

Host came over very sturn I was really shocked about that. Family members came over to the house when we just arrived and this was apparently not allowed. We did not know this and this was not clear in the agreement. I do realise a lot of people came and i didnt know this beforehand either, but it was just a brief meeting and during daytime. We weren't partying we weren't disrespectful to anybody. Host knew we were over for a wedding. Her lack of empathy really shocked me....She was nice afterwards and maybe she was afraid we were gonna party there.....beside this first negative encounter all was well after
