Lovely accommodation in a beautiful university campus. Will stay again.

I stayed in Drumroe while I attended a dance event in Co Limerick. It was reasonably priced; I requested an unplanned second night & they were able to facilitate same, again at a reasonable price. Rooms were comfortable & v clean. So also was the kitchen-dining room. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I would love to stay again in the future.

The hallway of the apartment should have a dim light late at night, so people could see. There was a dim light in the kitchen that we were able to make for.

Pleasant clean utilitarian space with lovely setting by the river on the outskirts of Limerick.

I enjoyed being able to walk (albeit 55 mins) into the city centre along the river the next day. Also enjoyed walking to and over the Living Bridge the previous evening.

I was lucky in that I was only sharing the apartment with one other person the day I was there - in fact I never saw them. If it had been full, given that you share the kitchen area and it was next to my room, it might not have been so pleasant had I co-incided with a noisy or messy crowd.

Absolutely great value for money!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. People at the reception are super nice and welcoming. The flat was spacious and is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods that are refilled every day which is amazing for a coffee lover like myself.

Location very leafy and quiet area

Smell in living room/diningroom. Soft fueninshings had absorbed smells of smoke or possibly some kind of artificial fabrexe type chemicals used. Not enough aeration. Windows should be able to be locked into an open position to allow for airing. Constant hum of an extractor fan system prevented me from sleeping more than a few hours even with earplugs. Check out is too early by far and the bathrooms need refurbishing.

Location wise, it is far from the city centre, I did have to spend extra money on cabs. It was very comfortable in the accommodation. We rented the whole apartment for one night. Lovely clean linen, spacious rooms and good bathroom facilities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when I needed to ask for a late check out.

Very affordable stay, ideal for exploring Limerick

Clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. Very affordable. It was a short drive into the city centre from here. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us advice on parking, buses to the city etc. Check in was smooth and easy. A comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room with toiletries and clean towels provided. Free and secure parking. There was a communal room with lounge and kitchen facilities. Free tea/coffee and WiFi. Would recommend this property as a great place to stay!

A wonderful relaxing and quiet place to stay.

Loved having the separate rooms with own bathrooms and a shared living, kitchen area. Nice touches - with water and biscuits when we arrived. Beautiful setting! Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It did take us a wee while to find the right spot within the university but that may have been due to interpreting the map in time.

excellent location for working at UL very friendly staff comfortable bed great campus for morning walk or run good breakfast on campus but grocery by residence didn't seem to be open

light over bed was not working properly there is some noise because this is a student residential environment but it quietened down at about 10.30 so was OK
