It would be lovely to visit the property in the summer and to have the dairy farm experience. I was with my Dad for a fu
The property was large bright and the directions for check in were clear. The scenery was lovely.it was easy to contact the host on WhatsApp. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets.
The weather was very cold and it was difficult to get warm in the property as there was only one heater in the main room which had a vaulted ceiling. There was an electric stove which blew out a bit of hot air from the bottom vent but wasn’t effective. On booking.com it states The property is 25km from Mitchelstown but it was 32km.

Lovely stay at a beautiful location
On the property is a thatched cottage which is what you first see when you pull in - it's lovely! No, the house itself isn't thatched, but it's so pleasant to drive up to that sight. The setting is gloriously calm, tucked into the fields - absolutely beautiful.
