An idyllic hamlet, ridiculously quaint, charming and beautifully kept. The staff, food, room, Tyson the Dog, it was all wonderful.
The only negative was that we only spent one night here!

We stayed for one night, and had a wonderful time here.
I personally had the best vegetarian food here I've had in a very long time. We truly enjoyed our meal and want to thank everyone again for providing us with such delicacies in such a wonderful setting.
The room was also very spacious and we slept well.
We loved everything

Charming, period home. Enjoyed a nightcap in the bar/lounge with a cosy fire.

Lovely large estate home, beautiful room, barely 10 minutes from the airport for the next day's flight, beautiful grounds, the food the evening we were there and the following morning was just wonderful.

Awesome place and location to Shannon Airport for a morning flight was excellent. Restaurant was top notch, staff impeccable, grounds the perfect vision of Ireland, rolling hills and a chair by the fire listening to Christmas music. Bravo!

The location is awesome. I wish i had more time to explore the neighbourhood. The establishment itself has an atmosphere about itself. The restaurant serves great food. Would like to go back

It's a lovely old B&B and the restaurant was top notch, with delicious food.
My neighbor's snoring kept me awake all night, and it wasn't someone in my room. 😕

What's not to love?? The breakfast was delicious, the host was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We won't stay anywhere else when on the west coast.
We didn't get enough time to stay!

Lovely setting with comfortable beds. It was a quiet rural setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Warm and cosy.
Old fashioned key making locking doors difficult. Shower was hard to navigate hot water with no instructions. Unfortunately it was pouring rain so couldn’t experience the surroundings

You can tell the owners are proud of this beautiful old home. Very clean and the owner Gillian and her son provided great service.
Unfortunately, we were there when the regular chef was cooking. Food was not great.
And we didn’t realize that it was so far out in the country. Nowhere to go once you’re there.

Lovely quiet location (nicely set for Bunratty Castle/Folk Park/Banquet, Shannon Airport, Dromoland Castle, etc), comfy bed/room, ultra friendly and accommodating staff, and superior breakfast.

Beautiful house in the country, but very close to Shannon Airport. Gillian, the owner, was wonderful and we were able to have some drinks and a light dinner in the pretty dining room.
Loved everything

Everything was catered for. Once there didn't have to leave.
My husband didn't like having to carry luggage up the stairs, but you have to expect that in older houses.

It was quiet and in the country a short taxi ride to the airport. Supper was delightful. I highly recommend. We didn’t order the cheesecake, but it looked delicious.

Charming historical property.
Weak WiFi….but this was not a business trip so not a big deal.

Meal and service was great. Property was beautiful and the room was comfortable and nice.
Confirmed with them multiple times I would have a taxi booked to the airport early the next morning but no taxi showed up. I waited 10 minutes and then called a dozen taxis with no luck. ~30 min later I was luckily able to book a taxi through Uber.

A beautiful comfortable stay. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating as soon as we arrived. They had a large party booked in and we were staying for easy access to the airport the next morning. They seated us for dinner before the party on very short notice. The dinner was beautiful. It’s a 10 minute drive from the airport.
The family room we stayed in was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.
It was immaculately clean.
There is nothing to dislike. Exceptional!

Fantastic location
Nothing really - I love the manor and the history of the place

Beautiful house in a lovely rural area close to Shannon airport; location makes it a great place to stay on the way in or out of Ireland; good wine selection; great service.
Flip side of the location is that there's not much in the local vicinity; however, it is good if you're looking to just relax and not compelled to do the tourist thing. Internet is not great (didn't matter to me, but FYI)

A fabulous and beautiful place so close to the airport. Great food and staff. I have stayed here a number of times and will continue to do so.
Its history and rural setting, and yet only ten minutes from the airport.

excellent hotel, we had paid for breakfast prior to out stay and then booked dinner on arrival, dinner was amazing best meal i have had in a long time. room spacious and clean.
if i had to be picky at all i would say the TV should be bigger for the room we stayed in and the bathroom room didnt stay shut, not a problem for us by maybe for others

The family is very friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely, and the atmosphere was really relaxing, just what we were looking for!
The breakfast was fair, but the table wasn't tidied up from the previous diners. The shower temperature didn't work.

Incredibly peaceful environment within very close range to stage for departure from Shannon Airport.
No complaints.

This was my last night in Ireland on route to Shannon Airport. It is a classic old home, full of antique furniture and artifacts. The bar area is really cool, old school. Pastoral views out the window of a spacious room. Rainy day, but beautiful grounds. It is super comfortable to hang out in the communal spaces on the ground floor. Although the restaurant is not open for lunch on Monday, the manager organized a sandwich and tea. This is boutique, family property.
You should be aware that Carrygerry is somewhat out of the way, on a country road. You need a car or cab to get to the closest town that is Shannon. Not really a problem since it was my last night in Ireland. Management will arrange a taxi to town and the airport.

It was quiet. The large bathroom was nice.
The pictures are outdated, and there was no WiFi in our courtyard rooms.

Loved the way we were greeted and looked after. We arrived late and tired and we were still able to get an absolutely delicious supper. We then sat around the fireplace with other guests and had a drink with them. We eventually retreated to our room which was just perfect.
Nothing.
