We had a great time there and would return without hesitation.

The accommodation is large and well designed. It was very clean and has all the equipment you possibly need. It is well situated, close to the airport, petrol station, bus stops, restaurants and pubs. Host is very helpful and kind. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Family of 5 adults had a very comfortable stay in well-equipped, clean and roomy townhouse close to Bunratty Castle.

Everyone had their own room and space and there were three washrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. It was peaceful, pleasant and clean. There was a convenience store across the street for necessities.

Centrally located Townhome

The town, walkable to all services. Plenty of room for our family of 6.

The place wasn't very quiet or soundproof, but fine for a short stay. Recycling, garbage rules were confusing. Two bins would be sufficient, recycleable and non- recycleable along with directions for items that have a deposit.

Pretty place but front bedroom faces busy road

The house was very new with nice decorating and open floor plan.

The double bed was not comfortable. Also one of the bedrooms faced the street so there was a lot of noise even at night because the road is just off the highway. The lights from the gas station also shined in our window and because it was hot, we had to keep our window open because there is no AC.

A relaxing and very enjoyable experience.

The space, cleanliness and a location that was very convenient for exploring the West Coast of Ireland. Also Bunratty has very good pubs, serving excellent food and drinks.

The nearest city Limerick is underwhelming, but that said there is no need to visit it, far better towns and cities within a reasonable drive

Family visit for a Family Wedding

Good location. Plenty of parking outside the house. Plenty of room - spacious for the 7 of us. Bedrooms good size and beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Good washing machine and dryer. Nice large garden. Close to Bunratty Castle, shops and restaurants. All about 10 minute walk. Buses to Shannon Airport and Limerick run every 30 minutes during the day, less frequent at night but there is an hourly service throughout the night.

The accomodation is so beautiful. It gives the feeling of a home. Very well kept and equipped. The surroundings are great. Great pubs and charming centre only 10min away by foot. Also Caroline who is in charge of these houses is very nice and accomodating.

Lack of towels, however when we asked for more we were initially asked to wash what we have, but we were only given a very small bath towel each. So we requested more hand towels for hair etc. they were later dropped to house. But I think more towels & bigger bath towels are needed. 10am check out too early

Clean and comfortable, we felt right at home!

The apartment was bigger than expected and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! The kitchen has everything you need, except spices and aluminum foil. Beautiful, quiet area, close to Bunratty castle and their coffee shop. You can park your car(s) right in front of the house. If we visit the west coast of Ireland again, we will be back. For those of you who don‘t know (like us), Ireland has the UK power outlet style (not the European one).

Great value, clean space, good location

The property was very spacious with a recent remodel. Very crisp and modern. It was only a ~5-10 min walk to Durty Nellys, the Creamery, and Bunratty Castle, all good options for evening entertainment and drinks. This was a good central base for our adventures in Western Ireland. Caroline the manager was lovely and helpful in answering our questions.

We received the terms and conditions upon arrival that stated we would be charged separately for utilities. I’m sure this is intended to deter overuse but it was not advertised when booking. I have not gotten a separate bill for this yet but mention this as caution to future users. Still, we enjoyed our stay here.

Three bedroom townhouse near Bunratty Castle.

The townhouse was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was walking distance to Bunratty Castle and several restaurants.

The host was helpful when we arrived, bring us a high chair and crib, but then there was a vibe that we were being monitored. In the evening we turned on the porch light and almost immediately she arrived to tell us not to use it. She said there was enough light outside with it off. We guess she is saving money on energy, but it was disturbing. Later it seemed like every time we went out she was there.

NOT A COTTAGE!!

Location was perfect for the weekend we had!

As you drive in to this estate, you are greeted by a huge sign proclaiming Rent an Irish Cottage, this is not what it is.This is a purpose built estate of semi detached houses. Disappointment was etched on the faces of quite a few of our guests. The blackout blinds were ineffective and the heating was way too high. Beds were rolling all over the place every time someone moved. But comfy.

Amazing cottages - Never experienced an accommodation like this.

Simply STUNNING. We were a group of 10 people (of different ages spanning from 75yo to 9yo) coming from Italy, and we booked two cottages. They were just perfect: superclean (I'd say new), beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet. Every socket/appliance had its own switch. Smoke detectors everywhere. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Private parking for each cottage. Practical self check-in. We felt at home, even better. Great value for money. Every other accommodation during our trip across Ireland just couldn't compare.

The location is perfect. We have stayed there 5 times and everything is in walking distance.

The host Caroline. I spoke with her and asked if we could check in early. she never offered an early check in for 40 euros when we spoke she just said we could come in at 2pm instead of 4pm. We arrived at Shannon Airport at 530 am and had to wait to check in which wasn't a problem but with 3 young children and being exhausted this was a tough task. After spending the morning killing time, we arrived at 130 pm. No one was in the office so we drove to the house and again no one was around so we tried to enter the apartment. It was around 135 and the host came around the corner and yelled "I told you 2pm, I still have work to do". which I replied I'm sorry I just thought it could possibly be ready. She went inside for a half hour and then finally let us in. I had explained to her that we had stayed here 4 other times and loved the property. I told her we were intern for a wedding and she started telling me I couldn't have parties and no more than 8 people should be in the house. I explained to her I have a 10 year old 7year old and 2 year old. no one will be parting here. That's when she said I should have asked for an early check for 40 euros to which I said I did ask you you never offered this. We parted ways and our faction began. Then during the week right before we left for the day I had put the trash by the car so I wouldn't forget it. Which I know I should do but I had changed my sons nappy and the smell wasn't great. Caroline rang the door bell and explained the rules to which I completely understood to which I apologized. But Caroline had to lecture me on why I shouldn't do this. her delivery was demeaning and quite frankly just rude. Also the whole time she is lecturing me she smoked a cigarette which I found very rude. Even the day we were leaving I was walking by her with my 2 daughters and she walked by us and didn't say a word to us.

A great place to stay to Explore Bunratty

The host was there to deliver keys and show us all the amenities of the townhouse. Nicest host I have meet recently. Great location. Bunratty is pretty and the townhome is in a great location. Beds upstairs all comfortable and bath is great The gas station across the street has GREAT breakfast choices Go to the Castle and the Pubs are great

The rooms are all upstairs and makes it difficult to get suitcase up the stair. But not that big of a problem.

This property has been newly renovated. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has everything needed for your stay. Lots of tv channels and when I used the heating the house was extremely cosy. I can't wait to go back again. I would highly recommend staying at Bunratty West next time you are in the area. Caroline and her team were welcoming and very helpful.

We really enjoy our staying in this house! It a new house with a lot of space, very spacious and light! Want to note а designer furniture and comfirtable bed.This house its a really brilliant. Espseccialy sofa and fireplace, where we sat and enjoyed our evenig.

We dont like attitude of host, it was very rude. She learned us how to close roller blinds. And it was very strange to clean all house after our living: remove bad linen, wash disher,throw out the trash. Of couse, we did everything, but why did we pay for cleaning?

We hebben een leuke tijd gehad.

Rustige ligging vlak bij de afrit van de autostrade. Eigen parking op het terrein. Parkeren voor de deur (twee wagens). Alles is heel proper afgewerkt. Op wandelafstand van Bunratty Castle. Gastvrouw reageert snel op vragen (binnen de werkuren weliswaar). Vier volwaardige dubbele bedden. Vier aparte slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping. Twee badkamers. Dus geen gedoe met uitklapzetels en zo. Een klein tuintje met een mooi gazon waar je even buiten kan zitten. Goede uitvalsbasis om West Ierland te ontdekken met de wagen.

Het servies was zeer krap bemeten. Acht vorken, acht lepels, acht messen, dus je moet na elke maaltijd afwassen. Het uitzicht achteraan is OK. Het uitzicht vooraan (van huisje 4A, 3A, 2A, 1A) is een tankstation, maar daar heb je niet echt last van.
