It is within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants, doctor surgery, pharmacy , post office and church. Nestled in the Ballyhoura region with opportunities for mountain biking, nature trails and hiking. It is located 10 minutes away from Lough Gur lake and pre historical site and the ancient Grange stone circle. It is also a short drive to medieval Limerick city St John s Castle and medieval quarter, St Mary's Cathedral and St John's Cathedral. Bunratty medieval castle and folk park, which also offer unforgettable medieval banquets is 35 minutes away and it is 15 minutes from the famous Adare Manor and Ryder Cup' s Golf course, 10 minutes from Ballyneety Golf course and about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Trump International hotel and Golf course in Doonbeg .
