It was fascinating to stay in such an old farmhouse, which in many respects has been kept in an authentic state. It was lovely to sit by the fire of an evening. In our party of 4, some of us very much appreciated the lack of wifi; others struggled. Finally, the host was very friendly and gave us lots of excellent tips about visiting the area.
We could not get the shower to stay at a comfortable temperature.

The house is very quaint, cosy when the fire is on but not worth the price point.
The products left in the kitchen like dish soap, spray, coffee, tea could have been topped up or replaced.
