It’s more the town has very little groceries available. Store next store has some essentials.

L’appartement est fonctionnel et propre.
Il y a beaucoup de bruit notamment la musique non stop d’une boutique qui donne directement sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain. L’annonce disait qu’il y avait de l’air conditionné, alors qu’il s’agit de ventilateur, nous avons eu très chaud.

The place was clean and facilities were well stocked with kitchen utensils. The balcony was great and it was nice and close to the Varenna train station and ferry. The washing machine was an added bonus.
