Tudo. A localização é muito conveniente, muito perto da estação de trem e também próxima do lago e do ponto de embarque para os passeios de barco.
O apartamento é muito bem montado e de ótimo tamanho.
A água do banho escorre para fora do box e molha o banheiro.

It was clean, the apartment was spacious and close to the train station.
From 9:00-21:00 there was loud music playing from the bar downstairs that could be heard even with the shutters and windows closed.
We received tons of unclear messages on Whatsapp and were asked to pay the property tax through their website.
We were not able to leave the bags before our check-in.
The wi-fi was spotty.

The location was incredible, right next to the beach and train, and a 5 minute walk into town, with all needed amenities (stocked kitchen, laundry, AC, TVs)

Great position. Near to station and ferry terminal with easy 5 minute walk into the town
Internet didn't work for one day. The overhead lights kept coming on during the night and as we were using the sofa bed it meant 3 disturbed nights.
Poor communication with people running the accommodation
