The location was excellent, close to the train station and an easy walk to the harbor or old town-Very conveneint, Simone was at the property when I arrived and graciously let me in early

There was some noise at nite, some I couldn't tell from it was coming, the apt, next door outside neighbors, but overall very quiet. There was little to "not like" here,

Excellent location, very well equipped with 2 new air conditioners, a new washing machine and a modern kitchen with all essential appliances including a coffee maker and a toaster. Very responsive and helpful hostess who responded immediately when there was an issue and resolved it the same day.

The shower is a bit small.

Location amazing. Great facilities including a comfortable bed.

Apartment was clean and had good facilities, including the large bedroom. It’s close to the ferry and railway stations

It’s a pretty soul-less apartment at the wrong end of town. The 4pm check in is a joke. Guests have to be out by 10am so who takes six hours to clean a tiny apartment?? It’s a stingy way of operating. The offer to store bags after 12pm is disingenuous too as the offered area is unsecured. Insisting on a 4pm check in is simply unfair on arriving guests. I have never come across it anywhere in the world. And despite paying more than 650 Euro for three nights the host wanted to charge me 2 Euro for coffee pods!! It seemed a miserly and unfriendly approach. The apartment is near the service end of town which means it is a long walk into the pretty end of town. There are much better options in Varenna. I wish I had booked elsewhere.
