The second floor apartment of a two apartment building is located near Piazza San Giorgio, yet far enough away to be very quiet. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The little balcony off the second bedroom has a nice view of the lake. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Casa Evelina.

Communication with Renata was good throughout the process. She was kind enough to pick us up at the train which made it easier to find and get to the apartment.
The apartment was well located on a quiet street behind and parallel to the busy lakefront promenade, making it very easy for us to to get to restaurants and bars. As well, we were just off the main square with more restaurants and some churches to visit, and a couple little shops with grocery items.
We liked the small balcony with the small view out to the lake. The apartment had cable TV with some English channels and a clothes washer, and clothes could be hung to dry outside.
We enjoyed our stay here very much.!
