The location was great! An easy walk to Vareena city center, restaurants and ferry for Bellagio and Menaggio.

Very very nice property , owners were very very nice and hospitable , excellent location , very neat and clean , enjoyed our stay here .

1.Absolutely amazing location..very close to the train station (3-4 minutes walk ) , 4-5 minutes walk to the ferry ( for Bellagio/ Mennagio etc) and 10 minutes walk to the main Piazza ( restaurants and church etc) . 2. The hosts .. amazingly helpful family ..came to pick us up from the train station) so we didn't have to lug heavy suitcases while trying to find the accomodation) and as it was raining heavily when we put holiday finished ,they kindly dropped us back at the train station as a favour ) . 3. Very clean , comfortable beds . Fans in the rooms . 2 bathrooms in this duplex apartment

Everything was very nice formour visit but for someone reading this .. 1. No lifts ..only stairs ( of you have limited mobility) 2. Fans work well but the apartment doesn't have AC ... We didn't have any problem as we visited in September, but it must get very hot in peak summer .

Ease of being met at the railway station and transportation of bags to the premises. Friendly hosts, all things explained well. Tea, coffee, olive oil, vinegar etc provided. Close to town Centre with beautiful walk to get there. Would recommend highly.

Valerio, our host, met us at the railway station and guided us to the apartment, which was spotlessly clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and light. Valerio and his father were most helpful and provided lots of information about the sights to see and restaurants: an English speaking friend was with them in case of language dissiculties. We were made to feel very welcome and assured that someone would always be on hand if we encountered problems, which we did not, as everything functioned properly. The appliances were all in very good condition and of good quality and tea, coffee , oil, salt and peper etc. were provided together with washing up liquid, cleaning materials and detergent for the washing machine, an efficient and most welcome appliance. It was clear that Valerio had thought carefully about the needs and comfort of his guests. The situation was ideal for the ferry terminal and to reach the panoramic walkway into the centre of Verenna, with a couple of excellent restaurants and a grocery shop within 5 minutes walking distance. The (free) car parking space is within the curtilage of the property and is underground, so covered and very secure. We felt very safe and cosy during our stay.

There was nothing we disliked and really nothing we can suggest by way of improvement, as everything we needed was provided.

Close proximity to bus/rail and ferry. Short walk to all so perfect. Spacious accommodation over 2 floors. 2 bathrooms, perfect for travelling with teens. They had the upstairs, I was downstairs. Very clean. Kitchen facilities great. Also a washing machine, handy when travelling light with cabin bag for 1 week.

Convenient to the ferry. Walking to town. Close to lake
