Lovely traditional hotel, beautiful view, excellent location.

The location is outstanding. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace overlooking the sea is the highlight of the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. It appears that only the larger rooms face the sea, but even the small single rooms have a nice balcony and while small, have everything you need.

There was no TV in the small single room where I stayed, but it was not missed because there is too much to enjoy in Grado to waste time watching TV in the room.

Nie mehr wieder!

Frühstück war mittelmäßig, Lage ist direkt am Meer relativ zentral gelegen.

Die Zimmer sind aber unterhalb jeder Kritik; ich habe mir nicht gedacht, dass 2025 noch solche Zimmer angeboten werden - die Einrichtung spottet jeder Beschreibung, ein Mischmasch aus Flohmarktsachen (die schön sein könnten, es aber nicht waren) und einer spartanischen Einrichtung wie vor 50 Jahren; nichts passt zusammen, es ist einfach unbeschreiblich, dass man solche Zimmer heutzutage noch vermietet. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Lage, die das Andere aber bei weitem nicht ausgleichen kann.

Eine nostalgische Reise ins Hotel unserer ersten, gemeinsamen Urlaubsnacht vor über 20 Jahren.

Seit dem Umbau der Terrasse perfekte Frühstücks Location. Direkt am Promenadenweg mit infinity Blick übers Meer zum Horizont. Abends noch einen Aperol oder überhaupt ein perfektes Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant. Wer Grado kennt, mag die verwinkelten, kleinen Strassen. Daher mit kleinem Auto anreisen, wenn man sich beim überdachten Parkplatz mehrmaliges Reversieren sparen will. Wer den CHEF kennt, wird Grado samt seinen freundlichen Gastgebern lieben.

War alles perfekt für uns.

Tolle feine Unterkunft direkt am Meer!

Tolle Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum Strandabschnitt „Key West“ und ins Zentrum. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Frühstück klein und fein, Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, ein älterer Herr, vermutlich der Inhaber, kümmert sich liebevoll mit italienischem Charme um die Gäste. Hotel wirkt etwas älter, Zimmer aber sehr sauber, mit charmanter italienischer 60er/70er Jahre Einrichtung. Wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant im Hotel.

Es war ein sehr feiner Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt eine tolle Energie in diesem Hotel

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Die beste Aussicht, direkt am Frühstückstisch ins Meer hinaus. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Hundefreundlich und mit Parkplatz. Einfach großartig.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sind etwas veraltet und klein.

Hangulatos, családias, nagyon kedves a személyzet. A tulajdonos nagyon figyelmes és barátságos.

Egyszerű, de nagyszerű. Minden van amire az embernek szüksége lehet. Szép a kilátás és fantasztikus a konyha.

Herrliche Lage in Grado direkt an der Promenade, Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick, gutes Frühstück mit Meerblick, gutes Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang Großes Plus sind auch die vorhandenen Autostellplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung Professionell geführter Familienbetrieb

Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, dennoch bereits in die Jahre gekommen, was sich nicht mehr verbergen lässt

Ich hab es genossen.

Die Villa Marin ist sehr klassisch, mit Augenmerk auf der sorgfältigen Bewahrung in die Jahr gekommenen Inventars. Ich weiß das zu schätzen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist direkt an der Meerespromenade ('diga'), wie auch der Name des Restaurants besagt.

Die Werbung erweckt den Anschein, als hätten alle Zimmer Meeresblick. Mein Zimmer war auf die der Promenade gegenüberliegende Straßenseite ausgerichtet, vom Balkon konnte man allersdings ein kleines Fleckchen Meeresblau erkennen. Ich würde das als irreführend bezeichnen, wenn auch nicht völlig falsch.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek in een super leuk stadje!

Hele hele lieve mensen!! Direct aan zee en hartje Grado. Rustige ligging. Prachtige plek om te ontbijten op het terras ,waar ‘‘s avonds ook het restaurant is. Alles prachtig schoon.

Traumlage mit Meeresblick, sehr freundliches Personal, älteres Hotel

Lage TOP, direkt am Meer, Seitengasse, aber gleich im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal, Chef spricht auch deutsch. Frühstück ausreichend, Kaffee sehr gut. Älteres Hotel, wußte ich aber im Vorhinein. Wichtig war mir Klimaanlage, Fön und WLAN.

Frühstück zwar ausreichend und gut, aber etwas Gemüse hätte mich auch gefreut. Abendessen auch sehr gut, aber kleine Portion. Fernseher nicht vorhanden, wußte ich aber.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht mehr.

Die Lage ist top und es ist ein nettes Familienunternehmen.

In der Dusche gab es kein Shampoo/Duschgel und auf Nachfrage gab es die Antwort „müssen wir erst nachkaufen“. Das Frühstücksbuffet war früher besser bestückt und Yoghurts um 8.30 Uhr aufgegessen. Und es ist unsympathisch, dass Spiegeleier/Eierspeise extra verrechnet werden. Also das Service ist gesunken und der Preis gestiegen, folglich stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr.
