Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Ventilator und Balkon. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

The host is exceptionally welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional!
The location is very peaceful, safe, and very quiet in the night.
It is well connected to the city center - a 18 minutes walk or a 7 minutes bus ride from Grado bus station (city bus 37 runs every 30 minutes).
Very close to the beach. There are several restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy within 5 minutes of walking.
The windows have blackout blinds. The room has both a ceiling fan and air conditioning; in fact, we didn't need to use it, as the room was not hot even when it was 29°C outside. Additionally, it had a balcony with a small dining table.
