Amazing! Amazing! Gorgeous view, clean, lots of welcoming goodies and fantastic host.

The location has an amazing view and it’s so peaceful away from the noise and business but yet it’s within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We had breakfast included which was just across the road,right in front of the water amazing. The host was so always available and always willing to assist. Definitely recommend Lusso apartments.

Maybe getting access to the property a little easier but with a little help from a local was sorted. Having the hosts number would be highly recommend.

Beautiful View and Stunning Apartment

We thought it was a great location with easy access to the old town, and lovely view of the Marina. We were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and kindly assisted us with our bags. The apartment was very clean with gorgeous interior. The AC was amazing and very strong keeping the apartment at a cool temperature during this warm month. The kitchen is very small but there was a large fridge freezer which was more than enough and even had some goodies in it for us.

A few things we would add. There was a lack of equipment. It was extremely difficult to tidy up after ourself as there was not anything available to use (cloth, disinfectant spray, extra bin bags, mop, etc) We also had to purchase more toilet roll as we ran out after 3 days. Sadly we had to leave the apartment messier than we would have liked, however if supplied with cleaning equipment we would have tied up far more. You also have to walk through someone else’s house in order to get to the apartment as it seems to be built into there house. You do have your own door and although it is quite a strong smell in the hallway the apartment smells amazing. The Balcony is also shared, however there is a temporary barrier separating it into two which did get knocked over by the older man staying in the house. These are all things that we could easily get over however would have liked to know before we arrived!

Ivan met us and gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. He was very responsive when we needed anything and was able to sort. He is one of the best booking.com hosts I have come across

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here!

The apartment felt spacious and we loved the terrace. The sauna was also a nice amenity. The location and view were great. The host was very helpful and even gave us free breakfast at the restaurant across the street.

Everything was great. There are some stairs but it was not too difficult.

Comfort just steps from Old Town

Apartment newly renovated. Plenty of space. Very comfortable. Water views and ideal location. Just a few minutes to Old Town. Host was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Excellent property in superb location on water and close to old town yet still quiet

Excellent property. Location was brilliant overlooking the harbour and steps from old town yet quiet at night. Ability to walk along boardwalk right outside property was a big plus. Large grocery store right next door. Comfortable beds and responsive host. Breakfast included at restaurant on water just across the street. Cute little terrace. Entire unit was comfortable. Guests should be aware that the unit is on an upper floor and there are steps to get there. Also, a little unusual entry to unit as you must first go through common entry to another apartment before stepping into yours, but not a nuisance.

Best location, amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Best location we could imagine, 5 minute walk to old city. Very luxurious. Owners extremely hospitable. Free parking, full fridge. Our host got us the best table at Italian restaurant opposite the apartment in the Marina, also with a discount. Amazing view of the Marina from the apartment.

Not their fault, but the free breakfast at the other local restaurant was not very good: limited options for younger children, no fresh orange juice. But they adjusted the dishes to suit our needs :) The apartment that you need to pass though to reach ours was a bit smelly.

Fabulous hosts, lovely clean comfortable apartment, excellent location.

We hadn’t expected breakfast to be included but got an email the day before saying it was. We ate in the cafe across the road, it was delicious and a lovely touch. The beds were huge and very comfortable, lovely views of the marina. Only a short walk to cafes and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice balcony although we didn’t spend much time there. Bathrooms very spacious, clean and toiletries provided. Although it didn’t affect us as we ate out but the kitchen was small. I think if we had wanted to cook it might have been difficult. Having said that, it had a good sized fridge which came filled with fruit, juices, water and chocolate. There was a selection of teas and coffee, including espresso pods. There was a microwave, kettle and toaster. Overall a beautiful clean apartment, excellent location, very comfortable and superb hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Stylish apartment, very comfortable and wonderful hosts.

Lusso and his wife were fabulous hosts, very helpful, informative and hospitable. The apartment was very modern and exceptionally clean, with views of the harbour in a great location. A perfect location to explore Split with the old town less than a 10 minute walk.

Excellent location and view. Fantastic host

The location is perfect with great view to the ocean and mega yachts. The host is terrific and very responsive. He gave us some great suggestions to the places to eat and provided some essentials for travelers in the refrigerator. We also love the terrace and the market just downstairs.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Split

It's an absolutely perfect spot to explore split! Very nicely decorated apartment with spacious rooms and comfortable big beds. The decor is lovely and the views from the rooms and terrace were amazing. We had great time here.

It does say kitchenette and that is all there is. No cooking facilities or cooking utensils or bowls. Just a microwave with basic cutlery and crockery. Fine if you are eating out all the time and just want tea/coffee and basic breakfast. A few flights of stairs so not great if you have elderly guests but was fine for us.

5⭐️ Apartment

We loved everything about Lusso apartment, this is an exceptional apartment, luxurious and contemporary. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and even carried our bags up the stairs and they were heavy. They explained everything regarding the apartment, how everything works and made some great recommendations for restaurants, even made a reservation for us at the restaurant opposite the apartment, food was delicious. The beds were sooo comfortable and huge, slept extremely well. Showers again fantastic, living room comfy with massive tv, Wi-Fi also great. Lovely touch from the hosts to leave fruit and snacks. The balcony is such a bonus, it’s large and gets the sun all day and the view is fantastic overlooking the harbour, we saw some amazing super yachts and at night they are all lit up. Our little group of 3 felt right at home here and we absolutely loved our stay, thank you 😊

Lovely luxurious apartment with great views and location.

Amazing location and views. Comfortable beds. Lovely showers. Fantastic balcony which was perfect to eat breakfast. Supermarket just outside, handy for croissants etc. Host friendly, great advice and had a range of goodies in fridge to start our holiday. Also booked restaurant for us and got us a discount. Could not be more helpful.

Would have liked a kitchen with hob and oven. Would have liked an allocated parking area but host went out of his way to ensure we had a space to park. Even using his car to keep a spot and move it when we returned.

A very pleasant, comfortable stay in Split

The apartment is in an imposing historic building located on the quay front overlooking Split harbour. The apartment has recently been completely renovated, to a contemporary theme and retains some original features which add to its character. Our host was very helpful and we had a very comfortable stay over the four nights we were there.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building. Unfortunately, there is no lift which we were unaware of when booking. This could make access difficult for some guests.

Maravilloso apartamento de lujo en el centro de Split

El apartamento es precioso, muy cómodo y moderno, tiene una terraza estupenda y unas vistas maravillosas a la bahía y puerto de Split. Además es muy céntrico y tiene plaza de parking El propietario es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitas y nos dejo el frigo con bebidas y fruta genial También esta incluido el desayuno en la cafetería de enfrente, muy bueno!!

Optimale Lage - toll für einen Städtetrip. Sehr freundlicher Host.

Zwei sehr geräumige Zimmer. Weiße Bettwäsche, weiße Handtücher und neue Badezimmer. Alles sehr ansprechend und neuwertig. Die Lage allerdings ist das allerbeste: Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick nach dem aufwachen war einfach grandios. Ebenfalls erwähnenswert: Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt versüßen, wie zum Beispiel eine Obst,platte, Säfte, Erfrischungsgetränke und Schokolade kostenfrei im Kühlschrank. Wir sagen vielen Dank.

Mini kleine Verbesserung wäre aus unserer Sicht: noch ein paar weitere Kaffeekapseln.

Herrlich!

Uns (3er Gruppe) hat die Wohnung gut gefallen, die Lage ist perfekt, das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil ist der, die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock und das Gebäude verfügt über keinen Aufzug.
