We couldn’t sleep.

The house was spacious and the entrance was easy.

The smell on the pillows was disturbing. The location was very isolated, and we couldn’t sleep at night because of the other guests staying in the house. They used the kitchen at night, and unfortunately, the kitchen was right next to our room. The house was very noisy until 5 a.m. There was no parking space in front of the house, so we had to park in a different area nearby. Also, the painting and sculptures above our bed, which were used for decoration, made us uncomfortable due to their sexual theme.

There was some dust in the common areas and the shower didnt drain all the water with a result the water run out from the shower area.

Carino , ma da migliorare .

la struttura è bellissima ottima anche la posizione vicino alla città di Gand. Gli spazi comuni cucina e soggiorno molto luminosi e ampi.

Le camere molto ben arredate, ma particolarmente fredde. Poi il bagno molto piccolo e cieco ,tutto lo spazio è stato dedicato alla doccia mentre lavandino sanitari spazio ridottissimo, insufficiente. Lo scarico della doccia era otturato causando la fuoriuscita dell’acqua allagando l’intero bagnetto. Differenza di prezzo non giustificata anche dopo aver chiesto chiarimenti riguardo le due camere 1 e 2 in pratica identiche, essendo speculari. Nella nostra prenotazione vi era una camera matrimoniale Deluxe con vasca. Con il prezzo maggiorato. E l’altra camera nostra prenotata era matrimoniale con bagno privato . Le camere nostre state assegnate al momento del check in erano uguali , ma il prezzo da noi pagato era diverso . Assurdità che l' ingresso del Loft restava aperto , non ci è stata consegnata nessuna chiave per chiudere , solo quella delle camere .

Communicatie, bij bezetting kamers. Binnenkomen tussen 15 en 20.00 uur, dan verwacht ik zonder melding na 20.00 geen andere huurders meer. "Rijk alleen" geen goede ervaring als je van half 2 tot 4 feitelijk onverwacht nog mensen binnen hoort komen die het "te gezellig hebben gehad..." onze wekker ging vroeg..

Catastrophique

Rien

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce logement dans un cadre professionnel et l’expérience a été catastrophique. Logement sale et mal entretenu : toiles d’araignée, literie qui sent mauvais, frigo et vaisselle sales, meubles tachés, décoration inquiétante, terrasse non entretenue. Plusieurs équipements annoncés ne fonctionnent pas ou sont inexistants : télévision hors service, lave-vaisselle inutilisable, pas de baignoire, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas d’air conditionné. La cuisine est commune (non précisé) et mal équipée, avec chaises déchirées. La salle de bain est un vrai problème : l’eau ne s’évacue pas, ce qui provoque des inondations, et le joint de la douche est hors d’usage. Malgré notre signalement, rien n’a été fait. Pire, le troisième jour, on nous a demandé la clé de notre chambre sous prétexte de « réparer », puis on nous a imposé de changer de chambre pour aller dans celle où il y avait eu une fuite la veille. Aucun vrai check-in ni check-out, clés laissées sur les portes, porte d’entrée ouverte en permanence (« pour que tout le monde puisse entrer »), porte de chambre abîmée comme forcée. Intimité inexistante, murs très fins. De plus, wifi inutilisable et énormément de bruit : impossible de travailler, alors que nous étions en formation à Gand. En résumé : logement insalubre, non sécurisé, non conforme à l’annonce et totalement inadapté pour un séjour professionnel. À éviter absolument.

Posizione comoda e parti comune veramente particolari, molto curate e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ambiente veramente affascinante!

Wifi très faible, voir inexistant ! Sur 4 jours, pas été possible de regarder la TV à cause du manque cruel de réseau internet ! Sur ces 4 jours, aucun nettoyage de la chambre ni de vidange de poubelle. La cuisine commune et partagée n'est pas idéale.

Kunstzinnig verblijf

Zeer mooi pand met prachtige inkleding. Enkele mooie werken aan de muur, waarin je jezelf kan verliezen. Mooie ruime kamer, goede bedden, parkeergelegenheid aan het pand.

Persoonlijk contact met de Host. Voordien wel duidelijke communicatie via digitaal platform, maar zou leuk zijn als er iemand persoonlijk kwam verwelkomen. Optie tot ontbijt zou een meerwaarde zijn.

Lieu original et confortable .

Le design recherché et le concept de l’appartement ouvert à plusieurs. Beaucoup d’espace et tout est à disposition pour se faire un repas.

La salle de bain est plutôt une salle de douche, pas d’espace pour se rincer le visage, pour poser sa serviette. Il n’y a pas de voilage à la fenetre de la chambre qui donne sur un parking.

Le principe de ce logement est très sympa, les chambres, au nombre de 3 sont confortables et l'immense pièce commune à disposition de tous, comme dans un gîte est vraiment très agréable, super équipée et très bien décorée

Il n'y a pas de clim dans la chambre et j'y suis allée un jour où il faisait 37°C :-(. Il y avait la clim dans la salle commune.

De buitenruimte was in tegenstelling met binnen niet nettjes. Veel sigsren en sigarettenpeuken..Vies ruikende vuilbak . Gewoon rommelig niet netjes uitzien.

El peor alojamiento en el que he estado

No hubo nada que me gustara

La ventana de la habitación estaba rota y no aislaba bien del ruido y del frío de la calle. Las habitaciones están al lado de una carretera, bastante transitada y se escuchan los coches. Por otro lado, el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba, y como está al ras del suelo, al ducharme se salió el agua e inundó toda la habitación. La cama no era especialmente cómoda pero tampoco incómoda. La funda del nórdico olía fatal, posiblemente lleve varios meses sin lavar. La habitación en sí, olía a pies. La zona común de la cocina no está mal, pero los platos y menaje de cocina está sucio, tienes que lavarlo antes de usarlo. A nivel estético, es bastante feo y la decoración es inconexa. La puerta de entrada al edificio está siempre abierta y la puerta de la habitación es muy delgada y no aisla acústicamente del área común. Al ser la puerta tan fina y que la puerta de fuera siempre esté abierta, es un poco inseguro.

Logement très bien et bien situé pour visiter Gand

Très belle déco du logement. Literie et chambre propre.

Juste pour information car je trouve que ce n’est pas clair dans le descriptif: Le logement comprend 3 chambres avec salle de bain. La cuisine et le salon sont en commun. Contrairement à d’autres commentaires, il n’y a pas de p’tit déjeuner de prévu. Ce n’est pas grave, il faut juste le prévoir.

De inrichting was formidabel

Bij entre veel spinnenwebben op de ramen en op het hoge plafond in de hoek en ook en een wat kale entrédeur. Miste haken voor de handdoeken. Knopje bedlamoje wat ver weg van het bed. Kreeg de tv niet aan. Kleine details maar verder fantastisch!!!!
