Gent 3 day break

The location was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the bus stop into Gent. Didn't need to use the car for 3 days. All the fixtures and fittings were of a very high quality. Best bed for comfort and size ever. We had a slight mis communication at the start of our stay but Sandra was with us in a couple of minutes, all sorted easily. Nice private garden space for sitting out.

Very calm environment, it feels like you are in the forest. Clean very comfortable house with everything you need and amazing soft but supportive beds

On warm humid days it's difficult to ventilate the appartement for fresh cool air. (There is no airco)

Would definitely love to return to this wonderful studio flat

We loved the peaceful location right next to a beautiful nature reserve; there’s a lovely private terrace area to enjoy the wonderful breakfast and the studio itself is very comfortable. The studio has on site parking and is located within very easy reach of the centre of Gent by bus. Altogether a great experience and Sandra is very helpful and efficient.

There’s really very little to criticise here. It would be nice to have some bigger mugs for tea drinking & a pair of scissors and a lighter for the outdoor candle would be very useful but otherwise it really is pretty perfect.

Superb

Great option if you want to stay more secluded from the city center, bus stop is very near or you can rent a bike and you're back in the city even faster (approximately 15 minutes). The room was spacious and clean, tasteful decorations, the furniture is modern and comfy, well equiped kitchenette, lots of brochures and written information about the city and surrounding. Everything was top notch. Would love to come back.

Sound proofing of the room could be better (however it's not a big issue. I guess that there are just 3 rooms altogether and our neighbors were quiet most of the time. You are just aware of their presence.)

Convenient if you have a car. Easy bus ride into town. Modern, comfortable apartment. Sandra extremely helpful and gave plenty of good tips. Providing a bus card was also appreciated.

A modern flat in an excelent location

The accommodation is very quite and set next to a natural park. You can walk around the park for free and there is a café with terrace. It is outside of the Ghent emission zone and the bus stop is a short walk away. The buses are very regular and drop you at the city centre. Marcel provides a multi use bus ticket that you pay for per trip after your stay The owners are very pleasant and accommodating, arrange early check in where possible. The flats are very modern inside, with excellent modern facilities, including free onsite parking, which is very unusual in Ghent

Sandra was an incredible host! She gave us some valuable tips for Ghent and arranged 2 bus cards for us to get to the city center without having to stress about taking our rental car. The complementary Champaign bottle for New Year’s Eve was also a very nice touch! Thank you for the lovely stay!!

The perfect choice!

A beautiful place tucked away from the city centre close yet with easy access to it . Our hosts Sandra and Walter were very nice and provided us with everything we needed for our stay including bus card and their hotspots which was extremely useful. The breakfast was really sumptuous. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.

Heerlijk verblijf voor een lang weekend Gent!

Super locatie dichtbij een wandelgebied, goede incheckgegevens, prima bereikbaarheid van de host (via telefoon en app). Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Snelle en regelmatige busverbinding naar het centrum, slechts 5 minuten lopen naar de halte.

Perfecte plek om te ontspannen

De gemakken van een hotel kamer, maar de luxe en het gevoel van een huisje. Alles was schoon, het bed lag heerlijk en de douche was amazing. Dit was zo fijn om na een lange beursdag helemaal tot rust te komen.
