Lovely staff, breakfast was good with baked pastry and bread , choices of jam and spreads, fruits, etc The building is in a residential quiet area.
The stairs are too squeaky. The glass screen in the shower was too short so some water ended on the floor after taking a shower. The furniture is a bit dated and could be improved.

Good value for money. Location is walkable to the center, Breakfast included in the price.
A lot of mosquitos in the room, could barely sleep. There is a flynet on the window but is torn at one place.
