The facilities are beautiful. The breakfast in the castle setting very good and the terrace for drinks superb. The pool I had to myself as soon as we arrived at around 7:30 pm. At nine it was too crowded.

As a two night stopover we found the accommodation to suit our requirements, close to the centre, the sites and had secure parking for the motorcycle. On arrival, the check in was easy, our room had a view towards the centre, good air con etc. The supplied breakfast was excellent and sufficient to set you up for the day. Question; Would I stay at this location again? YES

Fantastic stay. My good experience started before the stay when I checked they could provide a cot for my baby daughter and a parking place with ev charging (both yes). Check-in was handled quickly and our spacious room was immaculately clean, very comfortable and silent. A big hit with the whole family, would certainly be happy to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We arrived at the hotel after a long overnight flight and were able to check in early, which we were very appreciative of. The rooms were quiet, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is terrific… great location…couldn’t be happier!

We arrived a bit after 10pm, when the staff closes the desk and access to the property. We called from the entryway and were given access via a code we entered into a lockbox right there. The place was clean, and everything worked fine. The furniture could be more comfortable and the space would feel more welcoming with some interesting art on the walls and perhaps a rug, but sleeping was great, even in the cot where my 23yo rested very well, and there was enough room for us 3 to spread out and enjoy each other.

The hotel is close enough to be able to reach the city's center by walking, but also happens to conveniently have public transportation close by. Overall a good hotel choice to visit Ghent.

The staff were all lovely; Luc was especially helpful, gave great advice, recommendations, directions. The suite was a really great size. The furniture in the room was starting to look shabby and the two drains in the bathroom were slow. For some reason the TV kept turning off. I would stay there again.

Lovely stay - the kitchen was really helpful about sorting me a lovely meal when I arrived & had a Zoom meeting till just before they closed, & the desk staff were friendly & helpful & the bar staff were great too. Missing a star because the shower cold tap didn't work. Loking forward to coming back!

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Sandra and Michel went above and beyond. Good location, 15 min walk to centre. Secure parking available. Nice breakfast. Room was a little dark but clean and had everything one required incl hairdryer.
