Breakfast really nice, healthy options too, staff helpful and laid back, location in the heart of Ghent fantastic, room with balcony over busy square so nice.
From my perspective, nothing, others might find the steep stairs difficult. Might be noisy in summer too if you had to sleep with the patio door open.

Perfect location, near to the center and sights. The room was quite spacious and nicely equipped. Stuff was great. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. We also loved the idea of supporting their project. Highly recommended!!

The location was convenient using public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
The room was awful. It was an attic room at the top of 60 narrow winding stairs , with squeaky floorboards and a hole in the floor. It looked nothing like the pictures on bookings. Small bed very noisy. No TV , very basic furnishings - looked like an old youth hostel. Cobwebs on the ceiling.
