    We sent an email which was provided by agoda because we will check in late. No one replied and we were really stressed at the airport that we might not be able to go in. After 4-5 calls they gave the code over the phone. They already kept the keys inside but never sent us a code or a reply. The room we received was very old and not very clean. The location is close to the city.
