Location easy for tram and bus connections. Quiet and by a canal. Walkable to jazz festival venue. Nice to eat breakfast outside.
Pillows firm. Grass strip through terrace not ideal for chair space and tables.

Location .receptionist Barbara was amazing she gave us all the information we needed, she went over and above to help us out. Thank you Barbara 💕
Awful smell in bathroom from drains, in bad need of upgrade in common areas,paint peeling on terrace no hand rails leading to rooms 15 onwards lights flickering across terrace.
