The only problem was that there was no elevator and the spiral staircase was not a fun to climb with heavy luggages. Other than that, everything was good. No ac but they provided a powerful fan. Some lockers were not working properly. Toilet slightly smells but overall fairly clean. Staff friendly. Some of us arrived outside of reception time (arrived between noon and 1pm) but the staff still opened front door for us to leave our luggage. The kitchen is nice and clean.

Very lovely hostel! Clean rooms and common area, the breakfast is a great deal as well. Staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Their backyard is a beautiful spot to hang out in. The location is very close to the Flixbus station as well as to the local transport. Would absolutely come back here the next time I'm in Ghent.

The room and other common areas didn't seem to be very messy, but the bed slept in had ticks and got lots of bites all over my body during the night.

I stayed with a friend in a double room which was surprisingly clean and with all the services that a hotel provides (even better than some others where we stayed) Highly recommended !

Well located hostel around 15 minutes or less to the city centre on foot. Good sized lockers for personal items as well. Service is good, too. Before you book, make sure you know the hours the front desk is staffed for check-in.

Nice hostel to spend few days. Breakfast is all right. If you have too much luggage, there are some steep stairs.

Lovely and peaceful. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very good, free breakfast. Only downside was no air-conditioning, room very stuffy even with open windows

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Big kitchen and sitting area opened 24 hrs, it's really good for cooking and gathering. Location quite close to all the attractions.

This is probably one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were nice and clean, the common-room and kitchen area were neat and quiet and the staff was very helpful!
