Spicy area, but centrally located, comfortable and good value.

I had the studio on the top floor, which was very comfotable and quiet. I had a microwave and sink in my room and it was all very pleasant.

It’s excellent value considering how central it is. It’s right in the middle of the red light district, however, so you need to be prepared for that. In fact it’s both across the road from and above what looks suspiciously like a knocking shop of some kind. However, once you’re in the room you’d never know and it’s perfectly pleasant inside. You just have to get used to walking past ladies in bras standing in shop windows when you’re entering and leaving.

Misleading and not worth the trouble! Couldn’t sleep!

Close to the tram.

There is no air conditioning, despite the fact that they advertise it, so misleading. Had to open the window and downstairs apparently is the red district because you see women negotiating sex at all time of the day especially at night. Very loud street! The shared bathroom was filthy and so was the kitchen.

Well it’s not on the street it says on Booking.com it’s on the red light district above a brothel and opposite two others, Noisey throughout the night, with clients cheering when leaving the building. People using the shared bathrooms throughout the night not sure if they were clients cleaning up and some were cheering, drains in the showers smelt like bad eggs after 3 minutes in them.

This is a brothel, be aware when you book

There was nothing good about this room. We left 5 minutes after seeing the room. As it didn't feel safe. There were no facilities, it mentions a shared bathroon. This was actually just a toilet, with no shower. It felt like a brothel or a hotel where people would hook up. As it was in the middle of a red light district. There was a shared fob to enter the main building, with no secure locks on the doors. It felt very unsafe and we made the decision to leave.

Thee building is located on a street full off brothels and sex workers in windows, there were pimps hanging about outside. They have one fob in a key box outside, which didn't feel safe as anyone could have the pin to access. We also felt unsafe and uneasy about leaving our motorbike on the street outside. We asked for a refund as we couldn't stay there, and the host wasn't willing to refund and told us it's not her problem. lf you offer a room in a red light district, you should make this clear. I am sure there is a huge type of clientele who would use this room. There were men hanging outside the main door, sex workers in windows opposite and next door. Be aware how dodgy it is and consider this before booking. The host should make this clear on the booking. We didn't get any refund,

Estaba muy cerca de la línea del tram.

El alojamiento se encuentra en una calle de prostíbulos con muy mal ambiente. De hecho, está situado encima y enfrente de dos. La cama, el suelo y el baño estaban llenos de pelos, y era muy desagradable. El baño era compartido y no privado (tal como se indicaba en el anuncio). Nos cobraron una taxa turística de 8,40€ una vez llegamos allí, sin haberlo indicado antes en el anuncio. El precio es excesivo para la calidad del alojamiento y sus servicios.

Certes le studio est propre et refait à neuf et confortable mais les travaux ne sont pas finis dans l'immeuble escalier raide proche centre ville

alors là ! pas d'indication dans l'entrée que c'est bien "L'GANTE" c'est un immeuble banal - je m'attendais à avoir le n° de la rue dans la confirmation booking... un message a été envoyé en mp mais bien plus tard ... j'ai galéré et ai demandé de l'aide dans un commerce antiquités voisin C'EST UNE RUE AVEC COMMERCES DE PROSTITUEES (en vitrine - comme Amsterdam quartier rouge) et le système d'ouverture de la porte d'entrée est vraiment nul !

L'explication du logement n'est vraiment pas explicite, salle de bain, WC et cuisine commune, ce qui n'est pas décrit clairement dans la description du logement. De plus, le logement se trouve dans la rue des prostituées, qui plus est, la porte d'entrée se trouve entre deux "vitrines". Ce logement n'est vraiment pas approprié pour une nuit en famille !

Nichts! Dort habe ich nicht geschlafen! Es war in einer Strasse von Prostituierten! Und der Mann, der das Zimmer hat, hat nicht die Nummer der Strasse gegeben( Auf die Website) Aber nur wenn ich schon in der Strasse war! Für mich ist sehr schlecht! Und weil man keine Rückzahlung haben könnte, hat er mein Geld behalten.

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer, ruime gedeelde badkamer, keuken die je kan gebruiken met frigo, kookvuur en gratis koffie en thee voorzien.

Accomodatie ligt in het glazen straatje, de prostitiebuurt wat niet voor iedereen veilig gaat aanvoelen. Ik zou enkele haakjes voorzien in de kamer om kleding op te hangen.

-Keine gute Matratze, kein guter Schlaf, keine Erholung. -Billige Türen. Man hört alles durch die Etagen. Die Türen werden alle 10 Minuten geschlagen. Keine Ruhe, keine Erholung. Die Gesamtbewertung ist unrealistisch. -Es soll erwähnt werden, dass die B&B in einer Straße mit Bordels liegt. Das darf für die Gäste keine Überraschung sein. -Ich habe dem Inhaber ein früheres Checkout angekündigt, da ich nicht schlafen konnte, und der Betrag für die 2 vorbezahlten Nächte wurde mir nicht zurückerstattet. Gar kein Respekt zum Gast. Keine Aufwandsentschädigung. Einfach nur Geld kassieren.

De kamers en de badkamer waren ontzettend schoon en netjes en keurig van alles voorzien. Alleen een haakje aan de muur zou het helemaal afmaken.

De accommodatie was erg moeilijk te vinden. Het huisnummer stond er niet bij vermeld en bij de deur is niets aangegeven. Ook eenmaal in het pand was er geen tot weinig informatie. Zo heb ik andere gasten horen zeggen dat de keuken keurig was, maar ik heb ‘m nooit gevonden. Rondom de accommodatie is veel prostitutie, maar hier heb ik geen overlast van gehad.

De locatie: heel centraal in het centrum maar.. in de hoerenbuurt. We kwamen laat terug van een feest (01u ) en voelden ons onveilig, gure type mannen slenterden er rond. Zeker niet aan te raden voor alleenstaande vrouwen. Alles is nieuw en proper, het toilet is gemeenschappelijk op de gang, onze badkamer was eveneens gemeenschappelijk en 1 etage lager. De trap nr het tweede verdiep is erg smal en ronduit gevaarlijk. We vroegen ons ook af op welke wijze we konden vluchten in geval van brand. Dit werd niet aangegeven en we merkten geen brandladder.

La habitación era impecable, me sentí muy cómodo. La cocina tenía de todo para comenzar la mañana.

El baño fue un problema, estaba tapada la coladera de la regadera y esto hacía que el agua se saliera por el pasillo principal con el mínimo uso de agua. El ruido también fue un inconveniente, aunque los inquilinos tratarán de no hacer ruido, se escuchaba todo y peor aquellos que no les importaba hacer ruido por las madrugadas al llegar, pero para mí el mayor inconveniente fue el baño.
