Perfect Short Stay with Excellent Hospitality

The place is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The host is exceptionally kind and welcoming. The room is newly built—modern, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen, shared between two rooms, is fully equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Although the room faces the road, it is perfectly soundproof, and no noise can be heard inside.

The apartment wasn't completely finished. The noise from the neighbours in the other apartment who checked in at 21.50. There is a note about quiet hours between 10pm to 6am in the rooms, despite this noise from them until 12am. Why are people allowed to check in so late if the noise travels so much? They are clearly in the middle of renovating the building. There was a loose coil of plastic pipe and wire on the floor where we had to park, which we had to be careful to avoid as we were concerned it would wrap around the tires. I sent a message saying we would probably arrive between 8pm-9pm but because we were catching a ferry and crossing a border I couldn't be entirely accurate with the time. I requested self check in details for this reason. The host didn't provide self check in details and instead said it's fine because they will be in from 7pm. We arrived at 7.11pm and the host said I wasn't expecting you so early. She made us wait a few minutes outside while she did something inside. Not to.mention prior to this I knocked the door, rang the doorbell and had to send a message on here before she came down. The check in time is from 3pm - why wasn't it ready? There was a detector on the ceiling above the bed that has an incredibly bright intermittent flash also

Very comfortable and cozy stay with a very kind host!

The bed was quite comfortable and the ameneties were really. Everything was very clean and it was very nice to have access to a TV with Netflix to end our evening in Ghent. Our host Jasper was also extremely kind and made sure we felt very comfortable. After having told him that I had bought a belgian beer to try later, he even offered me one of his own beer glasses to drink it from, which was very appreciated. Despite the place being a bit out of Ghent center, the neighborhood was very peaceful.

The bus connection nearby is not as regular as we had thought, so we had to at times rely on Uber to get to and from Ghent. The price and comfort of the stay however definetly made up for it.

Ontbijt meer dan voldoende en rekening gehouden met voorkeur. Vlot toegankelijk. Ligt aan doorgangqweg, maar zeker geen hinder van verkeer.

Het is een voltreffer geweest. Aanrader tot en met!

Beiden communiceren uitstekend. Hun flexibiliteit en beschikbaarheid is een zegen voor wie bij hen logeert. Een dikke plus is ook de kwaliteit, properheid en wifi. Ik had een factuur nodig op mijn vennootschap en Jasper heeft me onmiddellijk hierbij geholpen.

Enige minpuntje is de 3 euro die vermeld uit hangt als toeristentaks, terwijl ik 4 euro betaalde. Maar perfectie bestaat niet. Die mensen doen ongelooflijk hard hun best om u een topverblijf te bezorgen en verdienen daarvoor alle lof. Ik raad aan om bij hen te boeken. Als ik in Gent ben zal ik zeker opnieuw boeken.

Goed verblijf niet ver van sportaccommodaties.

De accomodatie was goed en de host vriendelijk. De host was niet schuw om een praatje te doen. Het ontbijt was goed. Aangenaam en begripvol ontvangst omdat ik wat vroeger aangekomen was.

De accommodatie leek toch wat onafgewerkt. Minder praktisch is de gedeelde keuken.

Het is precies wat ik nodig had. Een fijne comfortabele slaapkamer, met privacy en badkamer inclusief ontbijt. Perfect voor een overnachting. Zou er overdag niet veel tijd door brengen.

Goed bed. Ideaal voor 1 persoon. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Lekker ontbijt met ruim aanbod. Je kan er ongestoord verblijven. Men tracht het er naar je zin maken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker ok.

Séjour conforme à ce que nous attendions

L'accueil de Jasper et ses conseils pour nos déplacements ont été très appréciés. Chambre petite mais très bien équipée avec une petite cuisine bien pratique. Merci à nos hôtes

Basic voor de juiste prijs, perfect verblijf voor het werk in de buurt.

Alles in orde, ik reisde voor m'n werk op een door-de-weekse dag dus meer dan voldoende. laat toegekomen dus enkel gedoucht en geslapen. 's morgens weer vroeg weg (na het ontbijt).

Voor mij (man) in orde qua comfort (temperatuur). Ik denk dat m'n vrouw een tikkeltje meer comfort (temperatuur) zou willen. Blijkbaar kon met simpel smsje gevraagd worden om temp te verhogen ;-)

המיטה היתה נוחה, חדר האמבטיה גדול ומרווח. מיטבח עם מקרר מכונת קפה וטוסטר. ארוחת בוקר טעימה וחמה ומעל הכל, האירוח היה מושלם. ג'ספר יצר קשר מוקדם וחיכה לנו ב23:00 בחוץ בכדי לקבל אותנו.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die zumindest den Anschein erweckt, die Gäste zufriedenstellen zu wollen, Netflix kostenlos, vielleicht Taktik, um von den Mängeln abzulenken?

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer eiskalt, auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, da die Heizung angeblich ein paar Stunden brauche bis sie warm werde. Warum wurde die Heizung nicht einen Tag vorher eingeschaltet? Gibt es überhaupt eine ? Am nächsten Morgen war das Zimmer immer noch eisig kalt. Das Bett und die Decke waren viel zu klein für zwei Personen. Wir mussten mit dickem Pulli und Jacke schlafen, um nicht zu frieren. Wir konnten nicht duschen, da die Kälte im Bad unerträglich war. Das Zimmer scheint insgesamt sehr provisorisch eingerichtet zu sein und erweckt den Anschein, dass es hier nur darum geht, mit möglichst wenig Aufwand und Engagement zu Geld zu kommen.

Zeer spijtig voor de eigenaars, maar we komen niet meer terug.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, zowel Mijnheer als Mevrouw. De werking van de douche was een beetje ingewikkeld, maar op zich was het een goede douche, goede handdoeken en ruime keuze uit shampoo, conditioner en badgel. Het bed op zich was van een goede kwaliteit.

Voor mijzelf was het bed te smal, ik draai en keer veel tijdens mijn slaap en het was moeilijk om te draaien, zonder mijn man wakker te maken. Er was geen mogelijkheid om een venster te openen, het was te warm in de kamer. Het dekbed was te warm voor dit seizoen. Het ontbijt was beneden alle pijl. Er was geen aanbod van kaas of hesp, alleen een beetje confituur, smeerkaas, choco, speculaaspasta en afbakbroodjes en een potje yoghurt en dan als toemaatje een voorverpakte erg gesuikerde koek. Ze hebben hier nog niet gehoord van een gezond ontbijt denk ik.

Todo. La atención recibida ha sido maravillosa, la habitación limpia y con todas las comodidades. No tuvimos vecinos en la habitación de al lado asique pudimos disfrutar de la cocina para nosotros, cuenta con todo y además te dejan café/te y galletitas. Fuimos en coche y pudimos aparcar en la puerta,del centro de Gante está a 15min.

De kamer is nogal klein, het aanliggende keukentje waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd ook. Je eet gescheiden van de hosts, niet in hun leefruimtes.

Prima verblijf bij Comfy Stay. Prima kamer en 's morgens een prima ontbijtje in de kleine gedeelde keuken. De locatie is echt top! Op 2 km afstand is de P & R Hekers waar je je auto kan parkeren en de tram pakt naar het centrum van Gent. Met 20 minuten en € 3,00 p.p. zit je in het hart van Gent.

Excelente alojamiento a poca distancia de la estación del tranvía.

La hospitalidad de Claudia y su esposo, el alojamiento estuvo muy bien, cama muy cómoda, el baño con buena ducha. Cocina a compartir con heladera, donde al día siguiente nos sirvieron el desayuno. La posibilidad de dejar el auto frente a la habitación. Este alojamiento está en las afueras de Gante, pero con muy buena comunicación por tranvía al centro, se lo toma a 2000 mts., y se puede dejar el auto en un parking gratis a 300 mts de la estación del tranvía. Me gustó mucho este alojamiento y sobretodo, la atención de Claudia y su esposo, fueron muy amables.

Chambre correcte,un peu petite et promiscuité avec la chambre voisine.En cas de forte chaleur,impossiblité d’aérer?!Petit déjeuner correct.Hôte très sympathique et très disponible.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de volet pour pouvoir aérer la nuit. De plus,ça protégerait du bruit des voitures vu que la chambre donne sur une rue assez passante.
