Great location, lovely apartment. Just lacked a homely feel because of the lighting.

Clean, comfortable and stylish. Plenty of room. Nice and warm.

This is me being fussy - the lighting wasn’t cosy. The bulbs in the bedroom lamps were blue and made for a cold look. The lights in the living room were ceiling lights - apart from a spotlight and they could not be dimmed - so really too bright.

Cosy, central apartment in a pretty part of Leamington

Nice, cosy and centrally located basement apartment in a very quiet area. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Good communication and easy access.

We knew in advance, but the steep stairs down to the basement was a little bit tricky since we had a baby in a stroller.

A great place for a short stay in Leamington.

The flat is in a picturesque and great location for walking into the town. It is stylishly furnished , very clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. Parking was easy right outside.

The pillows were a bit lumpy but otherwise, we had no other issues.

Beautiful property! Very clean and spacious however would not recommended sleeping on the sofa bed.

The little apartment was lovely! So much bigger than expected and nice to have a little kitchen area. The front room very spacious and nice too. All very clean and well looked after.

The key box was difficult to open so took a while before we could get in. I would also not recommend the sofa bed for adults as it was a bit small and uncomfortable to sleep on. However the bedroom was lovely.

It was a superb experience can’t fault the accommodation at all. I’d definitely recommend & go back

Apartment was very clean and tidy. Much bigger than I thought, central location and parking was right next to the building. I was there for work and after a hard day’s grind it was a cosy place to go back to. Central location but out of the way enough so don’t get noise. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Easy check in and setting the alarm wasn’t complicated either. There was a damp mop in the storing cupboard that stank the place but I just removed this and left it out in the back for the duration of my stay. Kudos to the cleaner it was spotless. Thank you.

On the day of arrival around 4:30pm I mistakenly went to the wrong block 3 blocks away and obviously cldnt get it. I tried to ring for support & couldn’t get through to anyone. I text & emailed no response. Eventually after asking a passerby I was shown the right block. A lady called Abby eventually text back after midnight. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency but this experience didn’t give me confidence in getting help soon if needed. The host need to be mindful of those checking in as this is the most likely time issues will be picked up.

The location and cleanliness could not be faulted. A very short walk is the town, eateries and parks. Located in a quite residential area opposite a lovely small park. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. It had everything that you would need for a weekends stay. Would definitely stay again.

There was small noise from the flat above including kitchen appliances which disturbed us in the mornings. The settee in the lounge was unconfortable which was not in keeping with the rest of the furnishings which were comfortable and well selected. Unsure if the message that we recieved outling the need to vacate promptly is standard but the tone made us feel a little unwelcome.

Sofa bed is good but not quite big enough for a teenager or adult. Suitable for a child up to 11-12 or two small children.

Spülmaschine gibt es nicht. Und es ist halt im Keller, das wird nicht verschwiegen, aber aus den Fenstern sieht man auf Mauern.
