Overall it was a good stay

Great location and clean with great facilities. And communication was great

Mattresses could be comfier and beds creaked with any movement. Could have also done with a mirror in the single bedroom

Dirty drawers. initial lack of towels. only 3 teaspoons. only 3 knives. rug in main room left everything covered in small white dust / hairs. being instructed " do not attempt to enter before 4". Property described as boutique - a joke !

Location was good, easy to get in, parking space, facilities in the flat were good.

This apartment offers outstanding value for money in Royal Leamington Spa. It is in a residential part of town, not in the historical part. However the good price and convenience more than compensates. The apartment is all on one level with a dedicated carpark mere steps from the front door. The owners clearly have put a lot of effort into ensuring the apartment is very well equipped, making it a home from home.

Modern apartment - fine for a short stay in Leamington

Well equipped, spacious, modern, smartly decorated/furnished, allocated parking space, ground floor, close to town centre, would be good for a couple or family with an older child

Dark inside, a little noisy (due to proximity to car park, a trade off for a ground floor property), furniture not ideal for travelling with a toddler, area not the nicest

Great apartment for a girls' weekend

The apartment is spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is great - a 10-15 minute walk into Leamington - and there's plenty of parking. The apartment complex is nice and quiet. Communication with the owner was great. She provided clear information about what to expect when we arrived and how to get in. And when the shower broke during our visit, she got a plumber out to it the same day.

The mattresses are a little soft and fully cotton bedding would be better for comfort. There were also no hooks to hang coats, bags etc, either in the hallway or on the backs of doors

Ideal apartment in great location for getting around, comfortable and clean NO major issues

Everything was good from the location to leaving (except see below. The place was very clean and comfy with an ideal location fort getting to Stratford and Leamington town. It was in a quiet area and had its own parking space which was ideal.

There was a problem in relation to hot water, you could not get any through the taps and as we were on a short stay we were able to cope. The shower head was a problem as it would not stay up which was a problem for someone at 6’1” but I have no doubt it will be sorted, the shower head needs replacing as it would not spread the flow was not adjustable..

Perfect place to stay in Leamington Spa.

Location only a short drive from town centre, with parking outside. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, lots of space, will be first choice whenever we are staying in the area. Host was very helpful and quick to answer any queries.
