Very Central location
Very spacious and modern
Homely and nice touch with Tea, coffee shower gel etc
Very grateful to have parking permit within stay, but you couldn’t park outside property.
Property next door to pub, extremely noisy at night.
Especially at the weekend!!!
Property provided much need Ear plugs though.

Everything, I could live here permanently. Spotlessly clean, instructions on check in clear. 3 great sized doubles. Shower is amazing. Top mezzanine level of kitchen dining and sofa felt like being in a penthouse. Fantastic facilities. I cant fault this place it was perfect!
Slight social noise from wetherspoons closing time (it was a saturday night). Didnt bother me though, plus ear plugs provided free of charge if needed.

A stylish & comfortable apartment in a great location. Lots of cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as nice shops to visit too. Very easy check-in & arranging parking with the owners was easy & very convenient, with lots of places to use the given permit nearby. The apartment was well equipped with very comfortable beds.
Maybe another comfortable chair to sit on in the living area would be great, as there is only one large sofa, which was fine for just the 3 of us, but maybe wouldn’t suit a larger group of people.

The apartment was outstanding. Everything was fantastic. I have never stayed in such a lovely place. Never met the owners as they made it so easy for us with emails and text. Once we were there we had an in-depth welcome letter also highlighted lovely places to visit. Truly outstanding and can't wait to go back. Never been to Leamington spa before but certainly will be going back. Thank you.
Only thing we didn't like was going back home . Such a lovely break.
