Royal Leamington Spa living

Ground floor flat in the heart of Leamington Spa. Easy walking to all the shops, cafes and bars.

Christmas in Royal Leamington Spa

Alain met me on arrival, complete with a decent bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble, including the parking permit. The flat is brilliantly located for Leamington Spa town centre and surrounding areas.

Convenient to town. The host was very nice, bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Wasn’t very clean and a little run down. dusting needs to be done better, and some areas need updating. Curtains that close in living room would be better.

Great apartment !!

I loved the big bedroom of this property, and it had such character.. the owner has given the apartment a homely feel with lots of interesting furniture pieces and ornaments . The kitchen living room area is quite compact but I expected that,, but more than adequate as has Cooker, Fridge, microwave, toaster.. ..and Dining table and chairs with sofa and extra seating area combined with window seat. Nice touch with milk and water in the fridge . Shower has been mentioned in other reviews, it wasn't big by any stretch of the imagination, but I didn't find it a problem at all...and my toiletry bag went on the shelf under the sink. Great location and the owner was lovely, and greeted us on arrival.

Leather sofa, but that's just me as I am a vegetarian.. ..but I didn't have to eat it. ,Haha !!

Excellent location right in the heart of Leamington, and with a VERY good little bakery right next door (nice place for breakfast), there's on-street parking available or alternatively the St Peter's multi-storey is only a few minutes' walk away.

Fabulous host unable to comment on apartment

Alain was a very friendly host. He helped us carry our bags from to and from our car and up and down a flight of stairs. Great location

We were put in a replacement apartment as ours was double booked and weren't warned until opened the front door of the replacement.. The replacement apartment was supposed to be an upgrade. It had all the amenities listed for booked apartment but it was extremely outdated and cluttered. The carpet in the kitchen was held down by duck tape and the towel rail in the bathroom was rusted. There was a table in the middle of the kitchen which took up too much space and made it difficult to move around. Table wasn't necessary as there was another one in the lounge area. If that was an upgrade I'd hate to see my original apartment.

It was an amazing stay for short term trips.

The Location was extremely good. It was just in the middle of the town center and access to all amenities . Tesco , CO-Op, M&S , Is all just walkable distance . Bus Stop & Railway Station are 5 minutes walk away. Abundant Kitchen vessels for even hosting parties :D :) The Bay window in Living area is amazing.

The Stay is perfectly good for a very short business trips. The Toilet / Bathroom is very small . Typical issue with every temporary accommodation in UK region.

location was amazing comfortable bed and sofa gorgeous window seat coffee machine!

There were no cooking implements -spatchalars wooden spoons etc which made serving eggs particularly difficult! we had to pre wash some of the oven trays 😳

Towels, 1 towel which I would have used to dry a dog. Oven was dirty. Shower was tiny, couldn’t raise my leg to wash my feet and I am slim.

Very comfortable,homely and well equipped. Location was perfect and felt secure.
