Ground floor flat in the heart of Leamington Spa. Easy walking to all the shops, cafes and bars.
Shower is a little small, but then I have broad shoulders.

Alain met me on arrival, complete with a decent bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble, including the parking permit. The flat is brilliantly located for Leamington Spa town centre and surrounding areas.

Convenient to town.
The host was very nice, bottle of wine was a nice touch.
Wasn’t very clean and a little run down.
dusting needs to be done better, and some areas need updating. Curtains that close in living room would be better.
